I just went to get my eyebrows done and they were done perfectly! Her name was Giselle in the salon and she was so sweet, she did amazing and I will ALWAYS request her. Very personable and patient. If you guys give bonuses she definitely deserves one!

I recently came in, and a girl named Peyton was very nice and super helpful. It was my first time shopping for makeup since I was a beginner, and she was so patient and nice to me. She helped me find the perfect makeup that was beginner-friendly and helped color match. I love Peyton, and I will be coming back soon š«¶š¾

Normally I donāt write reviews but this was just insane to me. I walked into the store, walked around to where the line would be, and saw that there was no line. So I walked up to the register where a girl was with her back turned, and waited for her to turn around. While her back was turned another girl walked up behind me to start a line. When she turned around I was friendly and told her I was here for a birthday reward. Then she told me to go to the back of the ālineā. I looked at her confused because there had been no line when I came up, and I was there before the other lady. I didnāt argue so I walked behind the other lady, who took maybe ten minutes. While she was taking care of that lady, another worker was walking around behind the cash registers not even acknowledging me. Iām not sure if she was on break, but it looks bad to have workers ignoring customers. Not sure if birthday rewards just arenāt a priority, but I just feel like it should be whoever was there first.

Rudest people I've dealt with in wichita. Not helpful , never greeted us .I asked for helped amd got nothing. I wouldn't go back. I've been going to ulta for years and never had this happen. My sister would rather drive two hours to go to the mangattan store. Ill order online from sephora from now on. Rude !!!

On 9/20, I made a purchase that included several items. Shortly after, I discovered that these same products were part of the Ulta Fall Haul Sale starting on 9/22, discounted by 40%. Since I hadnāt used any of the items, I returned to the store with my receipt to request either a price match or a return and repurchase to take advantage of the sale.
While I understand Ultaās policy of not price-matching, what occurred next was deeply concerning. I was told by the manager, Angela (short, pale skin, dark brown-ish faded hair with faded green streaks), that I could not repurchase the items I had returned ā a policy she claimed was in place but could not produce or cite. When I asked to escalate the issue or see this policy in writing, she refused to provide any additional help and admitted she was the one who made the decision, even though, according to corporate, store managers do not have the authority to create return policies on behalf of a Ulta.
I was then told to visit another store or return the next day to make the purchase. This was an incredibly frustrating and confusing situation, and Angelaās dismissive and condescending attitude only made matters worse. To add to my frustration, when I visited the Kellogg location in Wichita, KS, I was informed by their team that no such policy existed. Their staff was professional, polite, and understanding. They even expressed knowledge of Angelaās behavior, implying that this may not be the first time customers have had issues with her.
I also contacted your corporate customer service, who confirmed that the manager had no grounds to refuse my purchase and apologized for the inconvenience, filing an escalated complaint on my behalf. They, too, agreed that no such policy exists.
The fact that a store manager can invent policies on the spot, refuse service, and act in such a disrespectful manner is unacceptable. No one who behaves in such a disrespectful and disgusting manner towards customers should hold any position of power for any company. If this is what Ulta deems as management material, then I sincerely hope they re-evaluate their standards.
I hope Ulta will take immediate action to address this situation. Managers should not be permitted to fabricate policies or treat customers with such disrespect, as it damages your brand's reputation.

My recent visit to Ulta Beauty was fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me to find my beauty necessities and encouraged me to try new things. They were very knowledgeable about products suitable for each skin type. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for expert advice and a great shopping experience.
