If I could give this place no stars, have them turned into corporate and reprimanded I absolutely would. Their lack of communication as well as POOR communication skills and attention to detail and vital information has put my partner and myself at risk of losing the most precious thing of our lives. Their unwillingness to listen, receive information and follow up appropriately has allowed other people to have access to personal business that LEGALLY is not theirs to have. And their follow up to "fix" their error only allowed MORE errors to be made because of improper use of communication. Every detail matters, every conversation is vital and detrimental to our livelihood and the battles we are currently facing and because of this company they have made an already horrible situation that much more crippling for us. They should be ashamed.

Had to take a drug test for a job. Ilene was the worker who performed the test and was so nice. She explained every detail of the test to me to ensure I knew what I was being tested for and the process. The facility was very clean and sanitized. Nothing like the previous comments.

Very un professional using non steralized equipment to take a hair sample and using clippers at that not scissors. My test came back positive for a minimal amount of cocain and there is no possible way i would have cocain in my system so cross contamination definitely occured somewhere. I did go somewhere else and the results came back all negative. UCI did however refund my money for my test when i asked to make it right

Super nice people and very efficient at what they do. It is a laid back environment for what maybe a stressful situation for some. Drew is who helps my every time and is always courteous as to where he cuts my hair so no chunks are missing.

Brandon was very kind and knowledgeable, as well as Ilene. Results were back very quick which was nice.

This place is great considering what they do, staff always making the experience relaxing. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable going into detail explaining the testing process and procedure.
