So far I have had zero issues here. Sometimes the gate acts up but they are all over it when it does. Technical issues can be looked past to a point, it’s the well executed interactions that make things nice and easy jere.

I LOVE the ladies at the Indian Hill location. They have been so nice and easy to work with. The first unit I got was too small for what I needed (I under estimated) and the ladies were kind enough to allow me to go to a bigger size and still only charged me for the original unit. (They were running a $20 special) And then when I went to move out, I had only used the unit for 2 days after my rent was due (for the following month) and they didn't even charge me for those 2 days.I would HIGHLY recommend U-Stor to anyone and everyone!!!If I should ever need a unit again, I will for sure go to Indian Hills U-Stor!Thank you to everyone there! Ya'll are AMAZING!!
