Cust svc reps r great!! I had to reschedule my move about 4times, and they did so with no probs. One thing I will advise is to ask if the price is the same...I was told that the prices change based on
Month, day of week, and season. The process was fairly easy, they drop the trailer off and u load it up. They provide a "wall" type barrier, that u will need ur own locks(2) for. They also put an extra bar across the wall, to help keep thmgs where they belong. When my trailer arrived to my new house, it totally looked like they went off-roading. All my stuff was jumbled up. So when ur packing ur trailer, make sure u use plastic wrap to hold things together..even boxes thT u have taped..mine came untaped and thrown around. Also, pack as high to the ceiling as possible, as long as all ur stuff is to the ceiling. At least make sure ur belongings are stacked to the same height. And plastic wrap a few thngs together in bundles. Make sure u have boxes for ur tv's. And make sure to stuff blankets and padding around ALL empty spaces.
When I was done unloading, I called them to come pick up, and that was it. No pressure to hurry. No deadlines. I would def recommend this service to anyone. It was much cheaper than the other self moving Co. My stuff also arrived a few days early. So that was a bonus!!
Just make sure u pack tightly!!

If you are considering a long distance move U-Pack is absolutely the best way to go. From the first time I contacted them through the completion of the move everybody we interacted with were extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Our moving experience could not have been better.

Great group of people to work with, moved from Kansas to Florida! All of our things made it there safe and sound. This was my second time using them. They care about you and your things! Would recommend every time.

UPack made our cross country move easy! We set everything up with one phone call and the rest was a breeze. They even helped us reschedule the drop off date after we had some issues on the road. Definitely recommend over Pods!

We ordered 2 upacks to load up at the service center in Tacoma, WA instead if having the upack delivered to our house for loading. We saved a lot of money doing it that way. We only needed 1 upack and we were charged accordingly. It was shipped to the Wichita, KS service center--took 9 days. We rented a truck, unloaded the upack and put our things in storage until we found a house. The whole process was smooth and easy. The best part is the savings. We spent $1,048 for transport AND holding it in Tacoma until we wanted it shipped.

I have used U-Pack multiple times now, I've spent nearly $10,000 using them to move back and forth across the country. On my most recent move the origin center was a complete mess. Their scheduling was a wreck, they had no input on when things were going to be dropped off nor picked up--and worse their lack of professionalism was ASTOUNDING. On this move I initially had four cubes dropped off on a Monday--they were loaded the same day and scheduled for pick-up the very next day. At that same time, two additional cubes were scheduled to be brought to my house--essentially swapping the four for two more--a total of 6 cubes, ~$4,200 spent at this point. I was assured the swap would occur around noon that Tuesday. So, I scheduled movers to arrive at my home at 2pm on Tuesday to load the new cubes so they could be picked up Wednesday. (Clearly, I'm doing my very best here to make this as quick and efficient as possible!) Well at 1:45pm I get a call from my mover that they have arrived but the four original cubes are STILL sitting in my drive-way and the swap did not occur!! Nearly two hours after it was scheduled to and not a single notification from U-Pack nor ABF. So I called the origin center and they laughed, literally, and said "oh yeah, the driver ran out of time." ??? Yet no one thought alerting me of that information would be necessary. I was very upset with the total lack of concern and lack of communication and demanded they figure something out. -- Flash forward one week. I've been in my destination for almost a week now and haven't heard anything. (Transit time estimated to be 3-5 business days.) So I called the destination center to see if they had any knowledge as to when my initial four cubes would arrive. To both of our surprises, the cubes HADN'T MOVED AN INCH. They're still sitting in the origin center an entire WEEK after they had been picked up! I called both the origin center (who, very on brand for them, had 0 input nor assistance to offer), and the U-Pack customer service line. The poor lady on the other end had to deal with my nearly-in-tears level of frustration with this companies complete disregard for communication and customer service. She, too, had no solution for me other than to offer me $100 off--almost an insulting gesture given that I've spent nearly $10,000 with them in the past year. OR my other, outrageously insulting suggestion was to pay them ANOTHER $500 to "guarantee" my cubes arrival in 3 business days. Regardless, I will have been without any of my belongings for over a week now, having to pay for a hotel room for every night that it takes them to arrive, and working with a company who's "customer service representatives" make a habit of ending their calls having provided no assistance, no reparations, and no sense of concern whatsoever. This will be the last penny I ever spend with U-Pack and will have transformed from a loyal and happy customer to the polar opposite. Bottom line: Be warned. It may go great--or it may be a complete and total sh*t storm.

UPack was so easy! I was informed through the entire process. Customer service was very accessible, short waiting time, and every person I spoke to was able to explain thoroughly what I needed to know. The estimated delivery times were all accurate. They worked things around for me for our trailer to be delivered sooner than expected as well. I will definitely be using upack again!

After being scammed by UnitedAmericanMovers I was left with little money and nothing moved...they ruined our joyful day of moving into our new home...I called U.pack and my belongings are being shipped from California to Kansas for a fraction of the cost. Thank you U.pack for letting us smile again!

Hands down best experience ever because you are dealing with a freight company, not a moving company. It was the SAME price for me to rent a 26 ft truck and drive it myself (15 hours) or use U Pack, so I used U Pack. Excellent communication, great drivers. Smoothest move ever.

U-Pack itself was a wonderful experience. The driver in Kansas was very courteous. He took his time to explain the trailer and let me try to get the ramp out and in on my own. The driver in Washington state, was also very courteous when he dropped my trailer off. My belongings were kept in the trailer at their facilities for over a year and I was pretty nervous about what condition my belongings were in. My belongings were in excellent shape, with the exception of damage caused by the company who I hired to pack it. I had excellent experience with their billing department as well. My suggestion if you use them. Spend time researching your packers and do not worry about U-Pack as they will take good care of the trailer.
