I strongly would suggest going somewhere else! They give no attention to your kids or what they are doing. My son came home with bite marks daily! I was always told their plan to change it but 4 months later nothing had changed. They even lost my kid’s shoes…. The amount of times I picked my kids up with their shoes on the wrong feet! Daily diaper rash’s! My son dose not get them easy either. New school 3 months not a single rash! They also hired a He/She. Which I’m not gonna tell anybody how to run their business, however my kids were trying to figure out differences between boy and girl.( that’s all I’m gonna say on that) Adult child ratio is always minimal. There is price increases regularly, but if you ask the teachers, they get zero raises. So the staff is unhappy, so the kids do not get the attention required. This school put my daughter in the hospital due to their lack of attention! Which we are stuck paying the hospital bill. I would avoid this school. Especially paying $602 (OVER 30K A YEAR) for them to “watch your kids” I’m sure you’re going to comment and say reach out to our customer line, well I have several times! And nothing was ever done! The people on the phone could care less! They were more annoyed they I took the time to call, and were very obvious about it.

my kids attended tutor time for a year and a half and in that year and half we experienced MULTIPLE issues. My son constantly came home with diaper rashes rashes to the point that he would bleed, or be extremely swollen. in the toddler room they would not do anything about biting, my son would come home everyday with a new bite mark from the same child and this daycare did nothing to try and stop it. I would be told oh were going to move the child to a new classroom or something to that effect and then it would never be done. I watched cameras and saw my son being yanked up by his arm several times and constantly watched as the teachers showed how annoyed they were with the children. Yet again after talking to the directors nothing would ever be done. My daughter had multiple vaginal infections while attending daycare here, due to the teachers not making sure she was properly wiped. last month I had to take her to the emergency room after picking her up because there was blood in her underwear enough that it looked like my 3 year old had started menstruating. Not one teacher called to let me know about the blood or that she had been having accidents that day come to find out My daughter was being wiped extremely rough and had a a vaginal infection. This was the final straw and we pulled our kids from the facility. The director hires anyone who walks through the door half the time the teachers reek of cigarette smoke and look extremely unprofessional not the kind of people I would trust with my children. This daycare has also decided to hire a trans male to take care of the children. These kids are babies just learning what a boy and a girl are, lets hire someone with a mental illness to look after children. As a mother this daycare has made me so angry and frustrated I am glad that we are gone now and have found somewhere else. Do not take your kids to this place, its nothing but careless people and constant problems.

This daycare for starters is one of the more expensive daycares, yet they provide little to no actual care to the kids. A friend of mine has taken her child here for the last couple months, and every single time they have came home with bruises, bite marks, scratches, any type of mark caused by someone else, not just by being a kid at daycare. The daycare had no knowledge of the first incident where her child had gotten bit twice by the same child. They said they would be more attentive (??? Shouldn’t you already be super attentive to the toddlers/babies in your care?) and then it happened again the very next time they visited tutortime. I would rather stay home with my child than send them to a place like this. This teaches children it is okay to treat other children, strangers, and family and friends that way, and we will not be enabling that type of behavior. Do better.

Update below. 3 stars because my kid loves one of his teacher and the place is clean which is the most important.Only 3 stars because the staff (in general, this does not include one of the teacher) is not customer oriented: lack of communication, politeness and not always responsive.Update Jan-2023: since the new director about 10 months ago, the place is so much better!!! Staff is more friendly, everyone seems happier and everyone is present to answer any questions or concerns!!! I changed from 3 to 5 stars!

My grandson has grown leaps better than if we just kept him home with usEdit: 1 *. my grandson has been thru way more then any 3yr old ever should. You even said he has developmental snags. Because he bites back a kid who belongs to a site manager or pushed and took back a toy you suspend him? He's 3 not in school. Had you come to me about wanting him tested knowing the other 2 and knowing I get results with them we could have avoided you kicking him out and then his delays and speech therapy could have started sooner and I wouldn't change the way I feel abt this daycare SMH shame on you

Excited to enroll kids here. The staff is friendly and wonderful with the kiddos. Quick to put them in safe rooms when an adult that is new is present (shows concern for safety. I like that!)

I send my two little ones here and they love it. This facility is incredible and my little guy that does pre-k there is learning so much. I love that I get photos updating me on his day and can communicate with the teachers through their app. My kiddos get so excited when we’re heading to school. The staff there are always friendly and greet you by your name and your kids are greeted as well. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I love it and so do my kids. This place is a gem!

Our main goal was to find a safe place where both of our children could learn and grow. After looking at several options, it was apparent that Tutor Time was a wonderful balance of learning and play. After being Happy Customers for over 6 years we are delighted to recommend Tutor Time to our friends and family.

I would not recommend Tutor Time to any of my family or friends. I understand that it is probably impossible to find a “perfect” daycare but this is one of the most expensive daycares in Wichita so I expected much more than I received. My child would come home with bite marks and/or bruises almost every single day. There were several times when our bottles and/or caps would come up missing and nobody knew where they were. The staff would also send home other bottles/clothes that didn’t belong to my child. There was one instance where my child was sucking on a pacifier that was not ours. My child was also sick a lot while at this daycare and would be sent home completely filthy with dried food on clothes, crusty face, and even muddy shoes from playing in the mud.

Our 18mo old daughter has been going to Tutor Time for over a year now, and we couldn't be happier with this child care center. The staff is really great and I don't have to worry when I'm at work because I know our daughter is in good hands. The director and assistant director are very hands-on, approachable, and are great at communicating info to parents.Tutor Time offers a Flex-Pass for parents that don't need full-time or even part-time daycare. It's awesome because we just pay for the days that she attends, and there are no set days she has to attend. We actually moved closer to the Tutor Time on 21st street (which I'm sure is great, too!), but continue to attend the Maple street Tutor Time because we just love it that much! We highly recommend Tutor Time!

The entire staff knows my child's name and greets both of us upon arrival and pick up. Sam, the director, is always well informed of any situations that arise and does a good job communicating. The staff has low turn over and many of the staff seem to help in various rooms as they are needed which allows them to know the children as they move up to new rooms.. The daily communication sheets are easy to understand and always filled out.

We have been extremely pleased with Tutor Time. My youngest daughter started the Kindergarten Prep class this year and we have seen a huge difference in her letter recognition, writing, discipline and reading. I have no concerns that she will be more than ready to start Kindergarten next year thanks to Tutor Time. My only concern now is that she will be bored in Kindergarten! The staff is wonderful and Sam is a fantastic Director. The summer program is wonderful with enriching field trips and experiences for kids of all ages.
