The lady behind the counter on Sunday at 7:14 pm told me the hrs online are not right and that the store closed at 7pm . She must be ignorant of her own store hours she turned away ten customers at once when my wife and I showed up. Your store location must not need the money. Cause the other store location in derby stayed open normal hours .She was very rude and should be fired . I have fired my employees that turned away my customers. Seems lazy and ignorant

Called and asked if they had a toolbox in stock. I told them I knew they were on sale and asked them to hold one for me as I was on my way to the store. They told me they had one in the back as well as the display. Making it seem as if they would definitely have one. When I got to the store they told me they had both just been sold online and I was out of luck. They had no solutions to help me, just told me to kick rocks.

Great store unless they are closing . Been there many times and showed up to buy a trailer and because it was literally 10 minutes before they closed no one seemed to care about selling a $1,000 trailer. We will NEVER do business there anymore

Dropped off 2 - 30lb propane to be filled. Explained I had errands to run. Told YES
Came back 3 hrs later and NO ONE did it. Fail.
Probably won’t come back to this TSC again.

Anita just saved my bottom today! Cheers to her for GREAT customer service and reminding me to utilize my Tractor Supply Store card. We would have kicked ourselves if not for her bringing up that 5% reward deal we sign up for a while back! Keep her around - Thanks Y'all! :-)

I am a lover of tractor supply but this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had in one. (For some background I am a minor (14) i was in the store by myself because the store is near my home) a employee asked if i was in the store alone, i was so i said yes and told him i did intend on buying horse treats. It was a little odd but not bad but when I went to check out I mentioned it to a manger and she said "um I don't think that happened but ok", I wanted to alert her that an employee asked that to me but she seemed to not believe me or care about it, so not a good experience at all from the tractor supply in Kellogg...

Store manager unwilling to honor a sale price, I will never use this or any other TSC store again, closed both business and personal accounts. Terrible customer service.
