Not going to lie kinda disappointed.. for being this close the one of the largest luxury car collections in the USA very junk car wash! No one was there to walk the car in which wasn’t a big deal but my car got thrown all over on the inside coming in. But then the vacuum's! Those things blew I was just coming to vacuum my car out and left disappointed as hell! Wouldn’t even take a vibe here to wash rather rinse it off in old snow puddles and letting the wind that the junk from the inside! 2/5 wouldn’t come here!

They don't rinse your vehicle off before entering the brushes, not a fan given scratching your paint potential.

Had the top tier of wash and wound still need to run through a couple times. The dryer doesn't work either so that's a big deal for me having a black car, it is definitely needed. The pull up and reading the tag portion is nice though, because I have very tinted windows and places that have to read a sticker through the window Never work for me.

Left dozens of tiny chips on the front and sides of my Mercedes. Their warranty guy said nothing could be done since my vehicle is older than 10 years, despite the vehicle only having 40k miles and being well-kept in a garage. I would recommend going to a car wash that DOESNT whack your vehicle with dirty mops

First experience at this car wash and it was a great one! Lady that received us was very welcoming as we told her we were from out if town. I wish I would've got her name ? we will definitely be back!

DO NOT do the wash they push at you at the window that if you pay x amount right now you can wash it however many times for the month. They sign you up for a subscription without telling you and without you signing anything authorizing your card to be charged and then it's near impossible to get off of the subscription.

This place is always staffed but yet every time I come here I have to get out and push in my own mirrors while the staff sits in the office and just watches me. There's no one at the beginning of the carwash spraying a bug cleaner like most even cheaper car washes have but theres always someone inside spraying the carwash. Despite having a membership u still have to wait for an employee to command the bar to raise for you to go through instead of it being automatic. It's these little things that could make this carwash better.

I have a lowered car, so I can’t go through the others in town with the tracks. Tommy’s is not near as aggressive at bug removal as Charlie’s. I wish the water was more aggressive/higher pressure. But for a semi-clean car, it does a decent job. If you have a lower vehicle, this is about your only choice.

I enjoy my experience at Tommy's they do a good job at washing the car and I like the car mat washer and the vacuums work really I did have a problem with my windshield wiper get broke during the process but they were very kind and considerate to my needs two pictures look at the cameras it was the fault of the carwash and I'm still waiting on a call for them to have me come and get it fixed they usually put plastic on the windshield wiper on your rear window but they had been short-staffed and no one put went on but they took responsibility for it and are going to Fix-It

I love this carwash! I have used many other automatic carwashes in Wichita but this place is my fave! Does a great job at cleaning your car plus the free vacuums are amazing! Mega suction and you can really get down in between your seats with it because the end is narrow.
