Today I went to shop for some things, and as I went to go and pay, I got the cashier that her name is Stephanie. She has always been very rude always throwing stuff even if it’s like glass containers today, she kept on going off to a coworker of hers in front of customers. It was very uncomfortable because the way she was talking her was very unprofessional. She needs to be nicer to customers and to her coworkers, she told me to go away, and I did not appreciate being told to go away because I’m letting you know you don’t need to be talking to someone in such manner especially your coworkers and especially in front of customers so she needs to get fired or have a serious talk because this is not the first time that this happens.

I had 2 items returned and said the stuff I wanted ‘store credit’ instead of refund. After she scanned the items in the system, said ‘oh sorry it automatically refunded into the card’ and seems so careless. I hate to wait the refund for a few days to get into my account and this is why I told her I wanted store credit. The items were fully tagged and I didn’t even touch those yet. For the very first time disappointed with TjMaxx!

Love, love, love this place. I come in to buy for others, but somehow every time I only find things for myself! Lol Housewares is my favorite department. Always a quick checkout process with fun, friendly staff.

This store used to have a much better selection. The last few times I have been here, the plus size section had very little to choose from. Maybe next time I go in, they will have more to choose from.
