It was a big job and they did a very thorough job installing it also through the process they kept me informed of the progress of the install and even sent some photos as it progressed. I am very pleased with their work and I will recommend them to anyone that needs any work done. They seemed honest and fair with me and that is what I look for in any business.”

“Decided to upgrade the tires to my 2023 Chevrolet Blazer. After researching, I decided on the Continental Cross Contact LX25 tires. I also decided to patronize a local family automotive business. Business lobby was exceptionally clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful. They installed my tires that I ordered from them, in a very reasonable amount of time. They even made sure that my wheels were in proper alignment. New vehicle wheels are often out of alignment from the vehicle shipping process. They did find that both of my passenger side tires were out of alignment by 1%. This was remedied and they reset the TPMS sensor's as well. After installation, I thought the new tires looked very good. I took a short trip up to Halstead and ate, and then returned home. The new tires were smoother and soaked up road imperfections better than the OEM tires. Overall very happy with my purchase and decision to get my tires from a local family business, as opposed to a national chain outlet.”
“I was referred to this location / shop by my regular mechanic Johnny, owner and head mechanic at German Motor Works. Johnny has done the maintenance on my BMW for 5 years exclusively and I trust his judgement.
I called Discount Wheel & Tire and Jessica answered and was super helpful. They close at 5pm but the earliest I could get there was 4:45 from getting off work. I explained my tire situation to Hassan and he explained the issue and what my options were. He quoted me out for a replacement set of rear tires and gave me three options to choose from in terms of price / quality. The option I went with he had in stock and was able to get me in next day to put the new tires on and even have his mechanic stay past the 5pm close time so that they could get it done for me asap. I was very surprised with how reasonably priced the tires were / how well he explained the issue and the options presented.
Showed up the next day and they got the new tires on for me staying late past close. Very happy with the process and ultimately the prices and level of service. I will be using this shop moving forward and I can see why Johnny refers clients here. Jessica and Hassan have been great to work with. The shop is reputable, honest, and great prices while presenting multiple options depending on your budget. Don’t go to Firestone or a big corporate tire / rim shop. Go here and get the best prices and service with quality staff and ownership. 10/10 stars. I will be back and highly recommend this place. My vehicle is a high end BMW and I am particular on who works on it but this place is now a trusted go to for me. Thank you !!”

“I stopped by Central AG to check out what they had for used tires with the purpose of finding a tire for my home gym. I spoke with Chad and Earl and they were both very helpful, friendly and respectful. I ended up finding a couple tires that were damaged but would work perfectly for me. Chad looked at them and told me I could just have them since they were of no use to him and his business. Earl and another gentleman helped me load them into my truck which was very helpful. Overall I'm very grateful for Chad being so gracious and allowing me to walk away with something I was looking for! Thank you for the help gentlemen! Very much appreciated!”
