Was taken for a full tank of gas I didn’t use. The agent presented to me its cheaper for us to fill the usage. This was more convenient for me. So I took the offer. . I left 3/4 tank of gas and only drive 121 miles. Well the agent did not disclose the full truth. I was charged for 15.8 gallons at 4.61 gallon in addition to other fuel changes. It cost over $85 bucks for them to keep the gas I didn’t use and an additional full tank of gas! Absolutely dishonest!!! Car was dirty and had tire rubbing issues! They’re proud for their price gouging!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Rudest ever young man checked us in- seemed like he was being mean for his own entertainment- felt like we were being pranked- it was so bad. Cars NOT clean- had so many marks/broken parts/stains that it took 30 min in the rain to write them all down & TAKE PHOTOS of all of them cuz we could tell fr their shady check-in that they'd charge us anything they could on return. Went to pull out & they said that car had been flagged for a maint. issue so we had to START ALL OVER AGAIN w/ documentation process for an equally dirty/marked up/broken car. Charged $15 admin for EACH $2 toll- That is too much. Feel cheated. Wish I had read reviews prior to using Thrifty! NEVER AGAIN!!!

After trying to use the website to fix our issue I resorted to spending 1.5 hours on the phone waiting for a person. Just to have a person whom I could barely understand tell me I'd have to contact the franchise directly, but would not give a number. THERE ARE NO FRANCHISE NUMBERS LISTED!!! After explaining this she went silent (I thought she was checking with a supervisor) but she had hung up on me.

Got charged $730 for a 2 day rental. Tried to dispute charges, they said they can’t help. Worst service ever.

Horrible experience will never be renting from them especially this location. Save your money and time and pick another rental place. From the beginning of our designated pick up we had issues on charges for the rental. I was not with my boyfriend at the time he picked up and was wanting an explanation of what exactly was going to be charged because it was higher than we expected. My boyfriend handed the phone to the representative and she was very blunt and snarky. I asked for a breakdown of what exactly was being charged including taxes and for some ODD reason she was very hesitant and said she couldn’t give me the breakdown because taxes rounded it up to the total. Mind you it was about a 200 dollar difference that I wanted to know what exactly was being charged and she claimed she could not break it down and only repeated to tell me the final charge. I was not having it so I went to the pick up myself as my boyfriend waited for me and when I arrived and asked for the SAME thing (a breakdown of what we were being charged) she completely turned the table and showed us each charge. (Like I had already asked on the phone before) Not sure why it had to take myself to show up to get a breakdown of my charges. Come return day of the rental, our designated drop off time was 11:30pm and we dropped it at at 11:25pm. ON TIME and we turned in the key. Even had a representative from another rental company witness my boyfriend leave the key.We have videos and proof that it was turned in at that time.My boyfriend wakes up to a charge of $124 from thrifty and we have no idea why. We should have been receiving a 200$ deposit back that was kept for a hold but instead they took out 124$ more. His receipt was sent showing the 124$ charge and showing a drop off time of 8:00am the day after we turned it in(wrong). I called and asked why the charge was made and the representative said it was another hold. I said no way you guys already took out a 200$ hold that we haven’t got back this is not another “hold”. She continues to look into it and says the 124 fee was charged as a late fee for turning the rental in late. I told here there was no way and we have proof it was on time. Now we have to wait up to a WEEK for a time dispute to be investigated on our rental to get our money back that should have NEVER been taken in the first place. Ridiculous! Who ever is in charge of verifying what time rentals were dropped off is not doing their job RIGHT. Now we’re having to run on their time for a mistake that was made on their end. Horrible service horrible representatives first and LAST time we will be renting with them.

Resolve all your problems before you accept the car, because when you call later to resolve something you can't understand their oriecntal accent. And you don't accomplish anything. And when you bring the car back their is hidden charges that they don't tell you about. Very upsetting.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Forgot to fill up half a tank of gas and was charged $116. $251 total for a 1 day rental with insurance. Complete rip off, must really be suffering from the Covid scare to rob people like that. Sometimes it cost to get rid of a bad company. Never again.

Well I travel there every month for military training. Never had an issue until now. My rental was $44 for my 2 days I was there which was a great deal. My military meeting went way pass my time and I was late 5he. I agree that I should pay the 5 he late fee. But they changed my whole bill and now they charged me $198 cause I went passed my time. The customer service was no help Juan behind the counter was no help. All Thrifty customer service told me well you should of told them hold on at the meeting and go out side and make a call to us. If anyone was in the military that would never fly. So now I will no longer due any business with Thrifty, dollar nor Hertz.
