“Glad I stopped in over the weekend. I’d never been prior but it was worth it. Found some awesome copper pans for a great deal and got an even better price when he said there was a 50% off sale running store wide. Will definitely come back. It’s packed with a lot of items so if that overwhelms you just keep it in mind. I love places with lots of stuff to sift through.”
“Not only is the store a blessing,d, the workers are absolute blessings. They helped me help a lady and her newborn son, who is in nicu. Thank you so very much for every thing you did and shared, today. What beautiful souls!!God Blesss”
“One of the workers - Janet - was very helpful!! I was looking for large print books for my elderly grandmother, and she helped me locate some in the store and even told me about a local library that sells used large print books.Everyone was very courteous, and I did not leave empty handed. The prices are about average for thrift stores, and everything is very well organized. This thrift store has a wide variety of items - something for everyone!”
“Took a clothing donation here today, then browsed the store. The two ladies working were very nice. The store was organized pretty well and the prices seemed reasonable. And I love that they actually help people in need! So I will be bringing my donations here from now on, instead of the now over-priced goodwill I have been donating to for years.”
“100 incense punks for 8 bucks. They aren't the cheap quality that smell like bum once they burn out. There is a good selection of diverse merchandise, not too crowded, not too noisy, good for a quick exercise walk, even better for a gift or reward hunt, with pricing you probably anticipate at a neighborhood secondhand/flea market.”
“It’s nice. The Volunteers are very friendly and helpful with customers. They have a great variety of items. From house decor, to clothes jewelry, etc. Kid items and furniture. The quality of items is nice and organized. However, the prices have gone up drastically though, so a single woman like me, working two jobs will make it harder for me to shop there on a regular basis. It was somewhat disappointing how high the prices are now. I’d say it’s more like a consignment/antique boutique than it is a “thrift” store. I’m a grateful customer but just making others aware. Be ready spend your money, you’re not going to get thrift store prices. Just being honest. No hard feelings!”
“I'm so sad!! Just found out Shari sold her store to the Assistance League next door. Shari I will miss shopping at your wonderful store and all the great conversations we had. Congrats on your retirement. God bless you!!”
“It was a very interesting store it had lots of antiques and the prices for unbelievably low. I'm looking for one particular item and I've seen it there but I didn't need it at the time but I need it now so I'm going to keep looking and they'll get another one in. The two men that run it for very nice they let me look around didn't bother me stay behind the counter.”
“Super impressed with this shop! Great design and layout and there are clothes for a variety of personalities and styles! 0 to Plus Size! Shoes and accessories as well! Teen to “age is only a number.” The owner and manager are great!”
“Such a great goodwill. Very clean and organized. Also a quick praise for the women working she was seemingly the only employee in the storefront and she was greeting every single guest. She was also balancing both the register and helping customers get dressing rooms without any complaints. She also made sure to still pick up cloths in the dressing rooms regardless of how busy they were which was above and beyond. I went there June 23rd 2022 around 3pm please let her know how awesome she is!”
“This is the cleanest Goodwill store I've ever been to. Their employees were helpful and answered all of my questions regarding furniture. They were very courteous. I also found the most amazing rolling bookshelf.”

3015 George Washington Blvd, Wichita“I've made 3 runs, loaded down with things from downsizing. Everyone I've dealt with has been A-1, fabulous and helpful. Until today, and it was the person who answered the phone, acting like a Class 1 jerk, totally unprofessional, and he identified himself as the director! I found him totally clueless, rude, condescending and obnoxious.”
10AM - 8PM
3636 N Oliver St, Wichita“The Goodwill branch on Oliver, is the main hub for all the Goodwill locations in south central Kansas, so it is normally much better stocked, and has more and better items than the other ones.It also has at least 4 changing rooms, 2 restrooms, handicapped parking and access, and a massive parking lot with plenty of spaces. It also has a large covered delivery area, so even if it is pouring rain, anyone donating can do so comfortably unaffected.”
“My trip to Goodwill was the my most disappointing trip EVER.The prices they put on the used items were the same as what are on BRAND NEW ITEMS that you would find at other retailers like Wal-Mart.If you're looking for a bargain at Goodwill, then GOOD luck. You might get sticker shock like I did.”
“Going to Goodwill was nice, I found a lot of really cute little kid clothes, all I have to do is wash and iron them, its great Summer clothes for my grandbabies♡”
“Always great prices, don't ever let your wife walk into a goodwill while you wait in a car. You'll likely sit there for over an hour while she ignores your phone calls.”
“I've been in Wichita for over 3 years and I just found Uptown Cheapskate. The prices are amazing, the clothes stylish and the selection is mind-blowing! I got some super cute Karl Lagerfeld sneakers for $40. They usually retail for over $100! The staff was helpful and friendly. I'm definitely going back ?”
