This is a small shop on West Street, but I have had several windshields over the years replaced here, and they do a great job at a decent price. I think you will find the price hard to beat.

Would not recommend. They asked for my credit card number before they were willing to tell me when they could get me in. Pretty scummy way of doing business.

Decided to try this shop because they offered good prices and had good reviews. I called shops in multiple states and they were the best on price.The repair itself was fast and they got to me quick. For a walk-in appointment, I thought I would have had to wait longer.The repair results are ok. The chip was not filled all the way, so there is a small hole that’s not flush with the windshield.They did improve the appearance of the chip, but you can see where they drilled the chip to fill it.I’m knocking them a few stars because they damaged my ceramic tint. I called the tint shop and they said the only thing they can do is replace the film.I have to give them some credit for not adding insult to injury by charging me for the repair. However, I think they should have offered to fix the tint. I came in with a $40 problem and left with a $100+ problem.I’m trying to be nice and giving them some benefit of the doubt, because I know it’s not common to have windshield tint. However, it’s such a bummer to have this happen on my new car and new tint.

Got the job done but their customer service is lacking. First guy I spoke to wasn't friendly at all. They also didn't talk to me to confirm price, they just did the repair without confirmation. I did email them earlier in the day, but a business should still have better communication skills at the time of repair/drop off. It was quick and the cheapest in town I could find, not bad at all.Service: Auto windshield repair

We picked up a rock chip that spread during a vacation road trip to Colorado and New Mexico. I checked out one of the national franchises for an estimate and then looked into The Windshield Shop for a second opinion. The Windshield Shop was half the “big guys” price and they fit me in the morning we returned home. Forty minutes later I was on my way. Friendly and efficient service!

While on vacation in Colorado, we picked up a rock chip crack that grew as we returned to Kansas. Looking online, I checked out windshield replacement at one of the national franchises. For a second estimate, I contacted The Windshield Shop. Their price was half of the national franchise's price, and they were able to schedule me the morning of the first day back from our trip. Replacement took 40 minutes, and calibration 30 minutes. Excellent, friendly service!

Had a back window replaced that had shattered. Son had problems ever since. We pulled the door panel off and found a large amount of glass rattling in the bottom of the door and, the door handle cable was laying in the bottom of the door. Second bad experience at this place.
