Will never do business with them again. We placed an order for 60 Coleman coolers and when recieved boxes were not sealed incorrectly if at all and 3 coolers were damaged 1 by the shipping company. Its been almost 2 months now and I can't get anyone to call or email me back regarding our credit.

Very disappointed with the service. Took over a month, a month and 2 weeks to be exact, from the time I placed my order to the time they were delivered. Completion & delivery date kept getting pushed back. Communication with our account representative was very poor. We are repeat customers too and this order was a repeat order with only one very minor change from the last order. Was not offered any kind of reconciliation or even an apology for this extremely poor service. Will strongly consider taking my business elsewhere next time I need work done.
