It’s been an ordeal to receive the correct orders and I’m still awaiting my promised pillow cover. \n\nThe lack of customer service leaves me so frustrated I wish I had never ordered from this company. They do not answer their customer service line and instead instruct to leave a message that is never returned. When they do bother to answer an email or text, I need to again explain the issues and am again assured they will be resolved. Then….radio silence. Beware!

Great spot to buy dnd stuff as well as board games. Also has a ton of gift for Star Wars, lord or the rings, and a ton of other stuff. Would recommend coming to this shop if you are looking for gifts for the holidays. Also open pretty late which is nice for people who work!
