Absolute worst. Ordered a custom fairway wood from them; then literally one month later and after I had sold my fairway wood that the custom club was replacing, they email me to let me know that they can not fulfill the order. Customer no service claimed to be working on a way to resolve; but in the end, ghosted me. Terrible. Sold my fairway in anticipation of the replacement; so now have to scramble for a replacement for an upcoming trip. TGW is not a unique business. There are many golf e-commerce options out there. What sets one apart from the other is customer service and ship times. TGW absolutely failed on both fronts. I would advise to avoid at all costs and give something like: Global Golf, Carl's, Dallas Golf...your business.

I've ordered golf pants through TGW, they are nice, comfortable, and flow nice. They were reasonably priced and tracking/ shipping was smooth.

Not reliable supplier. My credit card information was stolen and used to buy some items from Golf warehouse. Despite my emails and the fact that billing and mailing addresses were in different states, this supplier still shipped the order and never responded to my emails. Also, it blocked my review from other sites. Would not recommend, the supplier doesn't have strong security protocols and checks in place.

Zero stars, dont order custom clubs, the order will not be fulfilled on time and it will not be right. Go to PGA Superstore, much better customer focused.
