My table saw broke at the job site. I called this store because it was close. Asked them if they had tablesaws and what brands they carried. They said they mostly carried dewalt, which I was looking for. I asked about a certain one and tool rep said he wasn't sure because they had so many. I got there they had one off brand not even portable table saw. One in the whole store.?

Clean, organized well. Signage small. Staff undertrained on products. I adjusted my coveralls at the shoulders and was followed after that. They were waiting outside then speed walking around the parking lot. I was like wow. Then laughed hysterically.

The cashier is a great employee. Everyone is very helpful and they have quality products. It's right in my neighborhood and sorta geared for my neighborhood in certain things they sell. Worth going for sure!!

Sutherlands is an excellent place to shop for hardware and Home improvement items. Their prices are great and people wandering around asking you if you need help with finding anything. Lowe's and Home Depot could learn a lot from Sutherland's. I think I might start making Sutherland's my first stop! Highly recommend.

I'm sure not all the floor help is this way at Sutherlands but the floor people I interacted with, along with the some of the Department Managers seemed either too busy and stressed or flat out resistant to offer help when requested. There were some nice folks too, however, way more unfriendly employees working at the Amidon location. All the more reason that I'll go anywhere else to shop, even if I have to drive further and or pay more for my merchandise. Get your attitude adjusted people at Sutherlands.

This hardware lumber general mill goods of every need along with heavy duty work clothes & basic old fashioned staples (fresh fruits & vast array of single wrap candies & jerky) is absolutely stellar! The staff is always congenial, helpful & knowledgeable.

Lowe's has been sold out of the smart siding for awhile now. Found both the 8in and the 12in wide siding here and good numbers in stock.
