I'm only giving one star because no stars isn't an option. Do NOT buy a used vehicle from these lying, scamming thieves. They will stick you with a car with unknown issues and tell you all is well and good. Then if you negotiate a better price they somehow still manage to get the number THEY wanted in the paperwork and rush you through all of the signing so you miss it. When seeking assistance in getting anything corrected or fixed the most you get is the runaround, or they gaslight you and tell you that they made you aware of the issues and you declined service. They are all thieves, from the sales associate to the financial manager, and they scheme together on unknowing innocent people who just want a better vehicle than what they have. You won't get it here.

A great low pressure experience. Jimmy asked for the “dream” and then brought us a number of possibilities. And then introduces us to the perfect car! The negotiations went smoothly and they gave us an amazing deal! Definitely recommend Wichita Subaru. Thanks!!!

I found the parts department I was acknowledged and helped faster than it took for me to find it. Nobody’s fault but mine . Employee was very helpful in ordering a part for me . Subaru has established a new culture in making a customer friendly environment. I will be back !

I came to the reviews hoping that my son’s experience was a one off.. turns out it’s not! I gave my son my 2017 Subaru Impreza when he moved to Kansas. The car has ALWAYS been maintained and well kept. He went in to find out about recharging his a/c and was then fed a bunch of nonsense about needing $6k in repairs soon and his a/c couldn’t be fixed without a new compressor.. blah blah they charged him over $400 and he left with a car in WORSE condition than when he came in. They completely drained it so now instead of a little cold air he’s getting NONE! In 100 degree weather!! On top of that THEY LOST PIECES TO HIS CAR!! He called them an hour after he left and asked why his a/c caps were MISSING!! They said oops we have them come get them. He said he would be in next day and when his wife came to pick them up they claimed they “lost” them. Offered him some cheap plastic ones. His were metal original screw on! UNACCEPTABLE! This place is a joke and if they don’t fix this IMMEDIATELY we will file with every possible avenue to have this location investigated! Subaru doesn’t take kindly to their name being tarnished .. FIX IT! Disgusting! And a disgrace to Subaru and their hard earned name!

If you had to place a negative star, that would be the worst thing in my life never buy here if you want to take care of your money.but thank God I have a family member who can look at the case from a legal matter without threats or calls to the dealer or problems and we are already working on that step ..I bought my vehicle and the seat is damaged, the electronics are damaged, the battery is damaged, the door seal is damaged, the USB chargers do not work yet today, the rubber is leaking air soma due to problems in the sensor and I have only had the car for 2 months and it does not work. the reverse gear and I have spoken several times with the salesman Edwin and he always says that he is going to call me and repair the car until I can't find it anymore. He took the car to be repaired and spent a week in the shop and they still couldn't repair it. I have been speaking with the bank and with lawyers, uploading all the documents that I have signed from this dealer for this very dirty sale that they made by selling a broken car and guaranteeing that it was in perfect condition, but you are already looking at the case with legal representatives who could look better. The problem, thank you and please, if you are thinking of buying a car here, I do not recommend it. It will be the worst thing you will ever do.The worst service of my entire life and the worst sale of my entire life, a damaged car with defects and it takes months to repair my car.

I bought a car, the engine blew up, and they told me I was a week outside of warranty. Customer experience goes about as far as the fine print.

First off, let me say that the service rep I worked with, Kat, was awesome and this review is not a reflection of the service she provided me. I took my Legacy here, on June 24th, for a service upgrade on the audio/visual software, an oil change and a full detail. As a result of the inspection conducted with my oil change, there was another $2800 worth of recommended services. The issue is with the $324 full detail. I live about 2 hours north of Wichita and dropped my car off the night before my 730am scheduled appointment. They had my car until just about 6pm the day of my appointment, which would have been fine. I was informed that the full detail would take most of the day. So, between my two trips and the day they had the car, I'm about 17 hours into the situation and the fact that they handed me back my car and it was almost worse than when I gave it to them was mind blowing. All that was done was it was vacuumed and so much armor all, or whatever equivalent product they used, was sprayed in the interior of my car that my foot was sliding on the weather tech matts I have and my shirt and shorts got ruined from sitting in the seat all the way home. My interior is leather and there were spots where they sprayed the stuff on and never whipped it down and now I have spots. They didn't even bother to wipe down the interior before spraying, because you could see the dirt caked under the spray stuff in some places. It took me almost two hours to clean of all the excess goop after I got home and now I have to figure out how to condition the leather. As I was walking the car with the manager I was rubbing dirt off the exterior of my car with my fingers, it was obvious that, at most, it was run through some kind of automatic car wash, but I'm not even certain that was done. We popped the hood and the engine compartment was covered in bugs and dirt. I'm not being hyperbolic when I say this; my teenage son has done a better job "detailing" my car than these guys did and all it cost me was 2 hours and a pair of basketball shoes. I don't know if whoever detailed my car was having a bad day, but it's not reassuring when the manager says that this has never happened before, because now I'm curious as to 1) why it happened to me and 2) what kind of quality control measures do they use that someone looked at the work that was done and decided that I got my $324 worth. I initially wasn't going to leave a review. But what has me completely floored is that they had the nerve to call me to schedule the other $2800 worth of work even after I told the manager I spoke with on the 24th that I didn't even want to bring the car back to get the detailing re-done. And now I just got another call from a different person who had no knowledge of my experience there, but was, seemingly, looking for my business on the sales side. I don't know what kind of internal communications this dealership uses or if there was a total breakdown of their systems of controls, but, as a consumer it is completely mind-boggling that they would try and get me to spend more money there when my first experience with them was absolutely horrid. As far as I'm concerned, the fact that there appears to be NO internal communication about the matter leads me to believe that there is zero chance what happened to me was dealt with in any meaningful way. To be fair though, I was re-imbursed for the detailing and even though I did offer to pay for the oil change, the manager refunded that too.

If there was an option for negative stars I would give them that. Bought my vehicle on March 31st and on April 11th I parked my vehicle then went inside a restaurant where I had to go food to pick up went back out and started the vehicle but the vehicle would not go into reverse or drive. There was also an error message that said to have the vehicle checked by dealership immediately. I contacted Nathen immediately, who I had bought the vehicle from. He told me that management was gone for the evening but he would reach out to me the next day. He did not reach out to me the next day but I reached out to him and he told me that the service department would reach out to me. Never heard from them. 3 days later I reached out again and Nathen said the service department told him that I just needed to charge it (it’s an EV). I told him I knew it didn’t need charged because it had 67miles left on the range. And he insured me that was most likely the issue. That was not the issue and I had even told him that the range had 67 miles on it. 2 days go by I reach out again and he tells me the vehicle will most likely need towed which is what I had been asking them to do. 4 hours later it was finally towed. I was told someone would reach out to me regarding the issue and nobody contacted me. Called the service department it was towed to in Salina, KS where I live. They had received no information from what the issue was. Still haven’t heard back from anyone at Wichita of Subaru. They are liars and give the run around and it’s always “let me talk to my manager” every time you ask something. Im a single mom who owns a small business and they left me stranded. Never asked if I needed a ride or a rental or if I was safe. So disappointing that you can’t trust anyone there.

The main issue. This repair shop is commission-based. The more they get you to spend the more money your "advisor" makes.
I had a nagging issue with my Subaru. I had a Friday morning appointment. Friday afternoon I was told it would be about $350. A few hours later I was called by the advisor and was told that my car would not be drivable anymore. Over $800 later my car works.
It is hard to trust commission-based repair shops.
I will not be going back.

They have vehicles posted online that they don't even have. They will waste your time.
