Don't even bother. I was sold a $50k car with a broken master cylinder. It cost $1,300 to repair. I called at least a dozen times to speak to someone who could help me cover the cost since my car was literally delivered to me broken. No one would talk to me, return my calls, or offer assistance. For weeks I called corporate, sales managers, whoever would hear me out, and they kept sending me back to another person who's phone would go to voicemail and wouldn't return my calls. It was an endless circle. Bottom line, they will sell you a broken car off the lot and refuse to help once you're left without a car the next day. Oh, and I know based on your past reviews someone from HR will leave a number on this review for me to call, nice try. Already called and she didn't return my calls either after 3 voicemails. Ride home happy? No. You will not ride home at all because your car is in the shop.

Subaru told dealers not to make market adjustments and this dealer is flat out doing with complete disregard. Subaru is a loyal brand name in the United States and this dealer is crapping on that name.

Good service. Friendly staff. Would 100% recomend you pick Jonathan Gideon as your salesman. My process wasn't straightforward but he handled it with grace and alacrity. I'm having my tow package put on mere days after buying my car during a time when parts are hard to come by, and instead of sitting in the dealership I was treated to a calm quiet ride home from their driver, Lester.

We've been in the Subaru family for years - and were looking to purchase our new Subaru in Kansas. While Wichita is not the closest town to us (a two hour drive) we decided to stop by and check it out as the customer service (not sales) rep told us they had a good number of models in stock for us to look at. These models were the ones we were considering. They also reassured us (twice) that they would honor the VIP pricing. Of course we get there and it is a different story. Slim pickings on the vehicles on the lot. And they said they would not do the VIP pricing. We walked out of there. The sales person we were working with was very nice and professional. Yes, there is a chip shortage and used vehicle prices are through the roof. Stealerships are selling cars over MSRP. But this is plain disingenuous on Subaru Of Wichita's part. Getting people in by telling them blatant lies. As noted we have owned numerous Subaru's over the years and are happy to take our business elsewhere. #CaveatEmptor

My husband and I just purchased our second Subaru today! Astrid Garcia was our sales associate, and she knocked it out of the park! She was patient, professional, and was a great listener to our wants/needs. She put the work and time into getting to know as people, not just a name on a sheet. We highly recommend Subaru of Wichita, with Astrid being the star on top!

Should get a 0 star Rating. They screwed my engine up and refused to take responsibility. Scam artist and poor customer service. DONT take your car here for service!
