Finally the Infiniti service department is what it should be. Service advisor Jason K did an outstanding job in providing information and status of the vehicle. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable and provided a fix for a long standing problem. A special thank you to the mechanic Skyler D for coming out and talking with me about the maintenance that I had requested. I left the service visit HAPPY, and knew the vehicle was good to go.

Went in for a service on my fx35 came out with a qx55 2023. Had a great experience with Dallas and Kyree with their great sales experience. They were both mindful of what I was expecting and gave me just that! Nothing was hidden just a great experience overall! Thank you

Had a great G35x — always kept up the scheduled maintenances. After taking our vehicle to an off-site mechanic we realized this dealership’s service department sold us on needed fixes that were very costly & necessary only to find out it was poor work completed as well as neglecting to alert us on things like our tires being completely worn, leaky gaskets, and more. We invested a lot of money thinking we were maintaining the car to push 175k + miles only to realize they set us up for more work, money & effort. The combination of poor work & lack of communication on necessary fixes has left us with a car not worth the investment. Would never come back to buy, trade-in or get my vehicle serviced.
Things I can’t verify but we suspect happened:
Got car back after scheduled maintenance to fin our entire windshield with scraps & little nicks.
Showed up for a scheduled apt to find the entire place empty & wound up going next door to the VW side where they had no documentation of our vehicle and history.
Overinflated our tires which led to wearing out of the middle of tires. Needed to replace all 4 tires.

I had an issue with getting the service record on my 23 QX60 to appear on my app. I tried contacting Eddy's four times by leaving messages and never got a return call. I finally got in contact with my sales person and explained the situation. He told me he would let his GM know. I never heard from any management person from Eddy's on what was being done to resolve my issue. The only person that was of any help was my sales person. It has been four weeks now and I still have not heard a word from any manager from Eddy's, and my problem still exsists. This is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. Evidently management could care less about their customers after the sale. i guess I will have to file a complaint with Infiniti Owner Services to get this resolved.

If you buy a high end vehicle, you expect high end customer service. Definitely not the case. Premium warranty on car was not honored, scratches that were buffed were still present and all Christian could say is "they look better than they did." Had to give a credit card for my "loaner" car that is guaranteed under my warranty. Car was detailed prior to service yet they drove my vehicle two days in the rain not even bothering to cover the floor mats. Car was returned filthy. The manager's response, "if you aren't happy with the customer service you can take your car anywhere." Well NOT when the warranty requires Eddys do the routine maintenance on my car. Horrible experience, would never buy a car from them. Unfortunately I will have to return for required maintenance. Definitely not the high end experience that Steven Infiniti provided. Eddys, do better. Train your employees better.

I feel like I was overcharged for differential fluid replacement and 1 belt replacement. The national cost for a rear differential service with in 2023 is between $48 and $161 with an average of $96.The average cost to replace your AC belt is $58 - $126. So considering this is a dealer, I would expect the worst case scenario at $287.My bill was $62.82 for 2 liters of Rear Differential fluid, $83.98 for fluid swap, $84.92 for a belt, and $119 for belt replacement labor for a total of $360.72 including the $10 shop fee. This is insane!!! My car was only in isthere00am, and there was only 1 tech, and there was a car before me, so they said it could be a bit until done with the first car. They only had technician. There was no way they even took more than 2 hours, so why was total labor $202.98. Is labor really $100 per hour. WTH?The only thing good I have to say is the courtesy driver was very nice, and that I was able to get a ride to the gym.I heard the Infinity Dealership building is condemned, so they are using the VW building.Update:Corporate told me their labor rate is indeed $170 per hour. My main issue now was being charged over $80 on a belt that MSRPs with infinity for 39.87 and I think $80 for 2 units of differential fluid. They told corporate they never gave previous owner a quote, but they did, maybe just not written. Either way, I was never provided a price before the work was done. I just got this surprise bill after the fact. The phone number is your response doesn’t work. It goes to a full voicemail box where you can’t even leave a message. I guess the “manager” is flooded with complaints.Lesson learned. Don’t ever go to a dealer for an out of warranty vehicle.

Nothing has changed. No more contact from Eddy's other than to ask me to complete yet another survey and offer me specials on the same service that I was just dissatisfied with. Have had no personal contact with anyone else from Eddy's.

We recently purchased our third Infiniti from Steven and now Eddy’s Infiniti. Kyle Flickinger was our sales consultant and we loved his attitude and the process. I test drove over 5 luxury SUV’s before purchasing our 2023 QX60. Incomparable for the price. Can’t say enough about the car and service we receive at Eddy’s. Thanks!
