Haven’t been in for awhile,wanted to look at backsplash. Was met at door and told I couldn’t without an appointment. Took my business over to Pro Source. Picked a backsplash without any one following me around. They got my money instead of you. Over the years my husband and I have spent a lot of money here. Never again!

Star lumber and supplies might go to for decorating ideas when I’m renovating a house or trying to help the client do a renovation prior to selling their home or post purchase. They have a wonderful selection of carpet, laminate, and tile. And they have friendly and knowledgeable people to work with as well.

I walked in and Brad Short helped me with my entire hardware order for my new build home. Let me add that I had no appointment and he made time for me. I had no clue they had people there to help with these things. Being a woman I had a lot of experiences during our build where I could not find the help or answers if my husband wasn’t with me. I went in to buy a big board of exotic wood for a special project. I knew they had Purple Heart and that is what I was after. The piece I got was so purple, it matched the purple shirt I was wearing. Staff was great.

Had new tile installed.. did a bad job... the two men who came out.. one didn't speak English and the other spoke little.. I told them how I wanted the pattern put down and they didn't listen...
