NOT my favorite branch of T Mobile in Wichita. The service reps didn't seem all too interested in providing assistance in an almost empty store.

Went to T-Mobile to get my three kids a cell phone. We got in there fast and was help incredibly fast. The lady who help us was so kind explaining everything. My got the military plan, which is great. He put me on so when he gets deployed I can call and ask questions. Well that is not the case. I called the other day trying to get some information and the guy told me I was not on the account. Then he stated he could put me on the account. I told him how is that possible when the account holder is deployed. Something shady is going on with T-Mobile if they can just put anybody on anyone’s account without them being there

I was and have been very satisfied with T-Mobile. They are always courteous and efficient. I went in yesterday to have a new screen savor put on. I was in and out in 15 minutes. That meant a lot to me because I needed to get back to work.

Visited this location in September for screen protectors to find out more than six months later that protection for one of our new expensive phones was cancelled without our permission! Even in error, this is a huge deal as it could have costed us big time had something happened to that phone. The only reason we found out was because that same phone needed a new screen protector and we were told there was no protection so we couldn't get a replacement! This is the only location we have visited and every time we visit they are unprofessional and always in our account trying to get us to change things regardless of the purpose of our visit. We don't trust T-Mobile and realize it is important to check the details of the bill every month. We will definitely avoid going to this location from now on.

This T-Mobile location fraudulently place two phones on my account November 2022. The manager told me that this issue happen to several people and an employee was fired for it, yet here I am still being charged. Unfortunately, I was forced to report fraud. Do better.

They weren't able to completely take care of my issue at the time, but this wasn't a typical problem. They were able to get me an appointment with the correct department to finish my complex problem. The staff acted professional with appropriate sensitivity.
