The sales team is not knowledgeable. Couldn't answer any of the questions about the bed I was purchasing. I had to Google for information. I was told 4 to 12 days for delivery, and now I have to wait for over a month and a half. I'm very disappointed.

Carlos has waited on us over the last several years as we have purchased beds for family. Awesome customer service! The product is superb and the buying experience was very smooth.

Our bed won't stay aired up on one side. It goes so flat that I can feel parts digging into my hip. Paid to have them come out and look. Techs never said we had to pay for the part and then we found out we had to pay for them to fix it. We ordered the part, but their not sure if it's the right one cause the techs never put it in their notes. It's a lot of money for a bed that you can't sleep in.

I knew pricing was high but not THAT HIGH. Almost border line of being a pushy sales person but It knew I couldn't to afford the lift to in the bed thought do.rine would have it cheaper more manageable.

The salesperson was very informative and was able to answer our questions. He was able to make a comparison between our current sleep Number and the one we bought.

We've had our sleep number bed for 20 years and we still love it. Their winter soft sheets are so plush and warm. The digital on the remote went out a few years ago but we have the number set so is not necessary to change anyway.

We have owned the sleep number bed for about a year. We had changed our mind about the mattress options we wanted. I went in to the store to see if there was anything we could do, and was surprised that they happily made the changes I wanted. It was a great experience, sleep number takes care of thier customers even after the sale! Thanks to the staff and the company for the great experience, it was more than I expected.

The salesmen will reassure you over and over that you can return within the first 100 days for a full refund. When you call customer service, you'll find pushy salespeople who try to talk you out of it. Then when you insist that you want to return it, they tell you that the bas isn't refundable and you're out over $3,000 if you want to return it because the base is a final purchase. Horrible experience.

Our Sleep Number sales person, Michael, was terrific. I was skeptical but my husband wanted to try a Sleep Number bed so I agreed to listen. Well, after Michael thoroughly explained the beds to me and I tried multiple mattresses i was Sold! So happy with the results

Bad Customer service! Tell your customers everything up front. Don't just have them sign things and then retract what you said verbally to them. Buyer beware!! Lots of shady going on here!
