JC was fantastic. He didn't know it but he sold me with pictures of our bodies on the bed. The pressure points were spot on. My bad back showed up like a white cow in a dark field.

Great bed if you want to learn how to work on beds. Constantly go flat and when you need help, they have you do all of the diagnosis. Once you figured out that the connections leak, they send you the new hoses to replace. Had my bed for 4 years and have replaced the hoses 3 times. Go with a conventional bed. You’ll be better off in the long run.

Buyer Beware! I recommend expressing serious caution buying a sleep number bed. 3 years in and I already have a leaking air chamber. They only warranty 50% of the part price, but they force you to buy both air chambers at the same time, final sale. I had to diagnose the air loss myself (I called this store and they told me they don't help with the service side of things), which was concerning because if I am wrong, I cannot return the part. I wish I had stuck with a traditional mattress!

The sales associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He showed us options and helped me make up my mind about purchasing sheets. I also purchased the True Temp Pillow top Topper for my bed. I appreciate the professional help I received.

My wife and I stopped by this Saturday afternoon to look at some new mattresses since ours was getting pretty worn out. Mike greeted us at the door and helped us through the whole process! We started with a sleep test to find our best “Sleep Number” and pressure points, then he helped us both find the best fit for each of us and then showed us options that Matched our price point perfectly. I’ve done Customer Service/sales my whole career and not once did I feel pressured to buy, he helped us solve our problem and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and funny. We purchased a new mattress with a fantastic payment schedule and we can’t wait for it to come in! I’ll recommend Mike by name to anyone looking to sleep better and not break the bank!

We have had the bed for 3 or 4 years. It sucks I have back problems and it's been terrible.. Also 1 side of the bed has a dead spot you sink into and wake up hurting

I've purchased 4 beds Sleep Number beds over the years both for myself and other family members. I've never been disappointed in the products or the staff in the N. Rock store. Being able to adjust the firmness my beat-up body requires, often in the middle of the night, is a life changer for me. My husband can adjust his side for his comfort, and I can do the same. Can't get much better than that!

Love the sheets but was not happy when I bought 2 queen sets and drove 40 total miles there and back and one set said queen on the package but inside was a king set. So had to drive 40 miles to exchange.
