Nice people but I went to the warehouse thinking we would probably pay less or get some kind of deal. Hardly any shoes in wide. I dont recommend this store. I can get wide size and better priced sketchers at academy sports. I think the company should do better on the prices I would never even set foot in this store again.

Love Sketchers! The only shoes that don’t hurt my flat feet. They had a buy one get one 50% off and i got two pairs for less than $80.

Went in with my mom to get her some work shoes and she found what she was looking for quickly. Then she told me that she’d like to find another pair like ones she had so I took one of her shoes to the 2 employees at front. One employee immediately handed the shoe to the other like she was Master Yoda and she literally walked over to the shoes and found them without a skipped step like the Sketchers Whisperer, it was actually phenomenal and funny all at once. Kudos to her for knowing that store like the back of her hand. Kudos to them for being of service and kind the entire time. I don’t wear Sketchers personally but if I did, I would shop here, and my mom absolutely loves them!

Ive tried tons of different shoes over the years but always come back to sketchers. Own 12 pairs now. Very comfortable.
I love Sketchers but the shoes are at least 30-40 dollars more per pair of shoes at the outlet than they are at Shoe carnival. Wasted my time going here thinking I was going to save some money. Might be time to find a new brand of shoe.

We just got done shopping at this location. The woman who helped us was a shorter lady with glasses and her hair up. She was really rude. She spoke to us like we were children or like we couldn’t understand English. And she made us feel like we were idiots. She also accused us of recording her and then told my sister to delete that recording of her. If she’s so worried about someone recording her, maybe she should treat the customers better. Shop at the East side location. Not this one unless you want to be profiled by some random lady.
