“When I review something I rarely give the top score. That is unless it is truly deserved. If I were rating our shipment and driver yesterday on a score of 1 out 510. You and he would get a solid 5! We received the shipment very fast. Your driver (Partrick) was well dressed, smart, personable, and conscientious. We received a call the day of delivery from the driver to verify where he was to deliver our package. He was 2 miles away and If he had trusted only GPS our package would have been delivered to the wrong address. I appreciate him noticing that something was not right and using the phone to verify. Kudos for hiring such a wonderful employee. Thank you. This is the first time we have ever dealt with Estes. Our delivery was Thur. Jun 15, 2023.

“I have used this UPS store on Central and Woodlawn for at least fifteen years (both when they were on the south side and now the north side of Central). This is a great place to ship your stuff, return Amazon items for free and more! The staff is courteous and committed to great service for their customers!”

“Scott and Peter went well beyond great customer service. READ BELOW.I sent a bag from Wichita to a friend in Canada that had two many batteries in it. DHL Wichita called me, told me, helped me avoid fines, opened my bag and told me what they would take out if it were them, waited for me to call my friend and confirm, did it, repacked the bag, and then kept my items at their desk for me to pick them up the following week. This is customer service from a small town in 1984, and they did it in 2024.Someone give me this guys a cake, brownie, hug, a day off to go fishing, and a new pickup truck. Employees of the year.I'm blown away.”
“I’m not sure which postal service this kind mailman worked for, but he saw that I was struggling getting up my stairs since I just had surgery on my foot and had a cast. He offered to help and I probably would have never made it to my house without him. I just hope he gets a raise.”

“The mail carrier is considerate. Amazon delivered a package, leaving the box on the porch for every passerby to see. The USPS mail carrier delivered another box to my house and put both boxes together behind the pillars to obstruct any view from the street. GREAT JOB, and thank you.”

“The only Post Office left in Wichita that has self-service offerings 24-7. Nice Post Office though it is a ways out west. Access is reasonable enough, spacious parking lot and driveway too. The ramp up to the building is a bit long though.”
