The staff was amazing! i dont know much about paint but im repainting my house and the lady and gentleman working today (can't recall their names) were so helpful and kind! 10/10recommend. ive had terrible experiences at the other stores in town and im really glad i went to this one, will come back and recommending to friends and family!

I went to purchase wallpaper for an office/bedroom accent wall. I was never spoken to in the store (which is fine, I prefer to look at the options on my own) I took my wallpaper selection to the check out counter and waited in line. When it was my turn, I asked the employee for assistance to order the wallpaper with the correct amount of roles. The employee literally responded with a blank stare and said, "I don't know." I tried to prompt more help by asking if there was a way to input my wall measurements and perhaps order the product on their website. Again he responded with, "I don't know." At this point it was clear I wasn't going to order any wallpaper... I simply turned around put the wallpaper book back and walked out of the store. This was a strange interaction; I literally was not able to purchase the item I wanted and was given no direction on how to complete a purchase.

Internal issues that keep me from getting the very lil paint they have available unless i go out of my way 2 get it......i will be using spectrum paint i highly suggest everyone do the same and spectrums paint quality is better.....it made me leave 1 star i wouldnt of given 1 at all 0 customer service skills

Was disappointed they don't fully honor the warranty on their deck stain/paint, but they did give us 1 gallon to fix what wasn't working on our deck.

Our sales associate was very congenial. We were trying to match a color that had been on our walls for many years. He was able to make that happen so that we could touch up a damaged wall without repainting the entire large room.
