Man I would love to give Sherwin Williams 5 stars but the simple fact is.. it took over 3 visits to accomplish a simple request, and to be frank, the guy who helped me was kind of a jerk.They no longer will “match” paint after 5pm. What? If they would’ve taken any effort to even try to match, they would’ve seen that they had PREMADE quarts of the matched color. So I was told “midday tomorrow” very smuggly by the person helping me. After I never did receive the call the promised I had to call and have them match it right before I came in. On the first visit, I also told the rep I needed two quarts of alabaster white in the “captivate” style, but after the guy was very reluctant to even attempt to help me, I decided to shrug it off and say I’ll get it tomorrow.After coming BACK in for the matched paint, I was then informed by the same smug rep who was obviously also listening to music with an earbud in, he then told me “oh we’re out, so we can’t help you with the captivate.”There was no solution presented. No “oh… we usually get this in on Wednesdays” or “can I check if another store has it for you?” Now I have to either call another store for it, OR, wait and hope they get more in some other time?!No help at all. Just a pathetic experience all around from what has normally been 5 star experiences. If I ever need to hire someone, I’ll make sure to disregard any resumes that say “Sherwin Williams” if that’s who they hire.

Unfriendly inefficient staff. No thank yous, no smiles. After telling 2 different staff my name, my purchase was put under the wrong name. I have never had that issue at the 31st location. Won’t return to this location!

Tried to buy some primer and paint but the young kid didn't know what he was talking about. Went to ask his coworker and instead of coming out from behind the counter to assist he gave answers and then we had more questions so he had to go back. After 3 or times of back and forth without getting my questions answered and wasting 30 min when it should have taken 5-10 min we left empty handed and frustrated. When a customer has questions and the one with the answers is too busy on his phone it becomes very clear we are not the priority.
