The guys were professional, helpful and explained everything. They corrected the balance issue with my tires from ANOTHER shop and also the fact that a DIFFERENT shop mounted 2 of our tires backwards. Highly recommend these guys and will be going back when time to replace our other tires.

This place is the BEST around! I had went to R and R express on 47th and Broadway and they gave me wrong information about my vehicle. We called before making the trip and after giving them our vehicle info they advised over the phone they had the tire valve extension piece we needed and even said if they happened to not have it, they could “make it” for us. When we went there today that wasn’t the case at all. We were met with unprofessionalism and rudeness, and not only were we told they did not have what we needed, they claimed we “couldn’t have been told” what we were told over the phone when we called. The guys there just didn’t want to help us, perhaps because they didn’t see white customers in front of them. The world is full of all kinds of people whether you like it or not and everyone should be treated fairly and with respect.

Went for two new front tires and alignment. They said they could not do the alignment because the outer tie rod ends were seized. I took my car to another business and they completed the alignment without changing any parts and the tires they put on were not balanced correctly and the the air pressure was not the same in both tires it was 5 lb difference.

Just stopped and picked up a tire that Walmart could not fix. All I had in my pocket was a $100 bill. They didn't have change as it was when they first opened. They told me they would just let me take the tire and don't worry about it. This is a business that strives to make the customer happy. They are professional and efficient. They will have all my business
from now on.
