Everyone was very nice to us and more than ready to help us. The minute we walked in. They can answer any questions that you have. And there is always a lot of staff. Available to help! Especially for 1st-time makeup users. They have a lot of knowledge about makeup as well as perfume items. It's always clean and nice every time we go.

First time I have been in the store, came for the Charlottte Tilbury fragrances, tried all of them and found my new favorite perfume! Will be a return customer! Staff was friendly and very helpful as well!

I came in on Mother’s Day to do a return everything is going nice, employees are being nice. Until, I’m at the front just waiting for my mom with my son (mind you he’s in a stroller) bc I don’t want my toddler running around. A employee says “can you move so you’re not in the way” LOL. Literally empty where I’m at, no one is right there. I wasn’t even blocking the walk way/ entrance ?. Lady had nothing better to do, than to just bicker away. My brother was also fixing the door and she comes and says “can you stop messing with the door” LOL anyways it sucks as moms you can’t feel comfortable shopping bc one employee is being bothered. I was also a costumer too. And to just say I was in the way was absolutely rude. I hope that employees attitude changes! Couldn’t even tell me happy Mother’s Day either ?

I want to start off by saying that I have a newborn and I haven’t been out of the house in a couple of weeks so I decided to go to Sephora and shop a little bit and get out the house as soon as I walk in I see two employees just staring at me and my sons stroller now I definitely understand because I used to be a team lead at Ulta. And yes we did always have to be on the lookout for “mothers”who have strollers because sometimes they would steal stuff. I totally understand, but if I’m putting stuff inside my little Sephora baggie and I’m asking questions, wouldn’t it be obvious that I’m not stealing I hated the looks I got every single second as I was in the aisle of tarteI could see one of the employees staring at me from the corner, and when I caught her staring, she came up to me and asked me if I needed help I mugged her I said no so I went to check out they didn’t even ask me who helped me because of course they all knew that I was being targeted we have to do better Sephora. It doesn’t matter if I’m a Latina. I’ve lived in Wichita my whole life and that’s the worst treatment I’ve gotten EVER. Every five seconds every employee asking if I needed anything Please do better Sephora.

This is one of the worst Sephora locations. They literally canceled a pick up order for no reason. I went back online and EVERY item was in stock!!!

Please tell me what the difference is between me getting a product from the below drawer that’s not in stock above VS you? Don’t say inventory because I have been handed items on multiple occasions and no one is keeping inventory when they pull them from below. You want my money correct? I’m not going to sit around and wait for someone to grab something I need that is in front of me. I can take my money else where for the awful service that is provided. Do not approach me and tell me what’s for employees, your response should be approaching me to help me. You need improvement
