“I don't usually write reviews, but the help that Cynthia gave me at the North Amidon facility was above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate going back there if the need arose. I had down sized my home with the children moving out I needed time to go through things. The storage unit I had was the perfect answer to the problem. She was there to help me in what ever way she could while I sorted through my past and what to keep and what to let go of. I just wanted to say thank you for all that you did to help during my time at iStorage and making the process easy when it was time to leave. She helped me pay my storage, explained my options, offer and set up an autopayment for me which was very convenient for, and even gave me $15 credit for my next bill since I add my card yo autopay. “Dee was the agent I spoke with at the automated kiosk inside the Prime Storage office. The experience was very good and I had no problems with my interaction with her. Dee was very friendly, professional and prompt with information I needed. I felt very welcome and found the virtual service easily accessible and accommodating. I was greeted immediately by Dee as soon as I touched the screen. The whole process of downsizing to a smaller unit took 10 minutes to complete. Dee was great! This facility is always clean and well managed and the location is great for me.”
“The staff are very friendly, they are gatecoded, you have 24 hrs access to your stuff. Though they are a bit remote from wichita, it's not bad, Kellogg takes you right to it, just a little way past Greenwich rd. But not being in the thick of wichita reduces the crimes that plague the high traffic areas. It's an asset IMO.”

“Place was clean. It was a fast painless process to rent, even bought my lock there. Sam was easy to deal with no hassle rental. Storage unit was swept out and ready. The only downside is their security code could be a little more secure, haven't had a problem but I think it would be crackable.”

“I had OK Transfer LLC move a 400 lb safe into my basement. I was impressed with there professionalism and efficiency. I was worried about my walls getting dinged or scratched. They came in and had the safe down in the basement in about 10 min with no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend this company.”
