Corn McCray is the man to see at Rusty Eck Ford him and Devlyn Haskins. My wife and I felt like we knew him for years he paid attention to what we wanted and found the vehicle. We agreed on numbers and Adam Sweetwood took care of us in finance and made it fun and painless. Would highly recommend the 3 of them if you are looking to get a vehicle and want to be treated like family. Thanks again

I love my new car! Brian Gee was great to work with. He was very patient and gave us all the information we wanted/ needed to make the best decision. Buying a new vehicle is a big deal to me and I just appreciate how easy the process was.

Rusty Eck Ford has earned my future business. I had been looking for a new mustang for a long time and found exactly what I was looking for. Brian Geddeis and the sales team I worked with were great even though it was very busy when I came in. The test drive excellent (Thanks to Jordan who knows his mustangs) and when it came time to get the right price they met me at the price I was wanting to pay (After a little fun back and forth). I will definitely be returning for my next vehicle purchase, but for now I'm enjoying my new Ford Mustang GT premium.

Was sold a 2020 Elantra that should not have been priced as high as it was. We also told them when they were checking for a lender to use a specific place instead of dinging our credit at multiple lenders. Now there are already issues with the car. Headlights are messed up, breaks a squeaking, and the passenger side seat belt thing dings even when no one is in the seat. For over $20,000 this car should be basically perfect. Hoping that they make this right when they finally contact us back.

Be careful if shopping for a vehicle there. They will come to you with a deal, the terms of the loan,, shake your hand, tell you congratulations before they can even guarantee it.Update: I called to follow up around 8:45am today, 10/30, and was never called back.

My husband and I are very happy with Rusty Eck Ford. Brian Gee was professional and very friendly. He helped us get into our new Bronco Sport Badlands. Brian answered all our questions and made us feel like family. I recommend Rust Eck Ford to everyone.

The people working here really take customer service seriously. Every time I walked in the door, I was helped within a minute. My salesperson, Gilbert, was PHENOMENAL and so were the other two men, Jay and Brandon, who helped finalize my purchase. Gilbert was the most patient, kind person. It took me two years to finally make this purchase and he was always there, ready to serve. I had the BEST experience.Oh and don’t even get me started on my vehicle. I absolutely love my Bronco Sport!!! ???

I am in need of a new vehicle, so Saturday I went online to see what was a what was in my price range and what I could do. As soon as I left the web sight I got a text and a phone call that I politely ignored. Come Monday was another call that was not answered because I'm not ready to purchase and I'm at work (the reason for shopping online) come Tuesday another call!!!!! Answered telling "Corn" I was simply browsing I appreciate his time and I would let him know when I was ready to purchase. I shit you not!!!!! Who called me Wednesday afternoon? "Corn"!!!!! Really???? I understand that you are sitting at a desk with no one on your lot but this is just coming down to harassment. I am at work answering Corns call because he has nothing to do when I am actually working, to remind him that we Spoke yesterday and after him telling me he was going to make a note not to call again, mmmmm should that not of happened yesterday? If I was going to purchase a car it would not be from this desperate place. I don't appreciate being harassed because I was doing a little online shopping! If this is what it is like to deal with a car lot these days I keep what I'm driving, or deal with a company that not hard up for a sale!! I will never steep foot in this place or deal with anyone who works here. There is a difference between difference between doing a job and begging!!!

I stopped at your Quick Lane a few weeks ago. I talked to Jessica, she was so professional and explained your service, I was sold on where to get my 1st Service completed. I have a New 2023 F250 Lariat 4X4, needless to say I want to be sure we'll trained individuals are doing the work.Jessica is a real Plus to your organization. If you’re thinking about purchasing from Rusty Eck, please read this and use the information as you will. I have heard not so great things about Rusty Eck previously but I went against those people’s experiences and fully regret not listening. I recently purchased a vehicle from Rusty Eck and before we signed any papers, they told me that they would repair all of the dents and scratches on the truck to look “mint”, as well as give us free car washes for the length of time that I had the truck. After I signed papers, they came back and told me that I would not be getting any free car washes at all because no one ever wrote it down on one of the many many papers I signed. They completely lied to me and then gave us nothing in return after I explained what I was promised. They attempted to fix the scratches and dents in the truck when I brought it in and it ended up looking worse after they tried to fix it. They just used a touch up pen on it and called it good. I told them it was unacceptable and brought it back in again to be fixed right. They worked on it again and fixed some of the spots correctly but left plenty other spots very poorly done. Needless to say, I am very displeased with the customer service and management at Rusty Eck. I will never be returning to them for anything in the future. If I can’t trust even the managers at the place, I don’t trust anyone working under them. This was a very bad look on the place.

First Id like to say, Rusty Eck has treated me well for the most part. I take pride in my vehicles and have had them serviced regularly through them. For background, all of my vehicles have a dash cam for my own protection (when I am driving). In the past when my vehicle has gotten serviced, on one or two occasions, it appeared that the tech may have been uncomfortable with possibly "being recorded" by the dash cam, dash cam was unplugged while being serviced which was 100% fine by me. However recently had a recall servicing done, component was installed incorrectly. I raised a concern about the component being installed incorrectly which they did correct. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown, after this correction, my dash cam was ripped from the windshield causing damage to the unit. They do have a sign that states that the dealership is not responsible for personal items left in the car but I don't think this should give them free reign to damage things, possibly in a retaliatory manner. I do believe that most of the techs who work their wouldn't do such a thing but as long as there is at least one who will, I CANNOT RECOMMEND this dealership to provide servicing for your vehicles. Even in the hypothetical situation in which they were to replace my dash cam, it wouldn't restore the trust I had in them. In their defense, they do send customer feedback requests after every service but those links to expire and I was to busy to let them know my thoughts.
