Clothes & other products just thrown on the floor in almost every aisle. None of the employees even bothered to try to pick anything up. Just stood around talking but would scream into the intercom every 2 minutes that they were closing in 45 min, then every few minutes after.

My son went in the W. Kellogg store this evening around 7pm. He was quickly approached by an employee who told him he had been trespassed and was asked to leave. My son asked multiple times what he did to be trespassed. He was not offered an explanation, just a rude employee who told him to get out of the store.
I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty in an attempt to get clarification. That was unsuccessful. The manager said she saw my son tonight and didn't recognize him but received an alert from her security team that he was recognized as a person who had been trespassed from the store two days earlier. I asked if they had pictures of the person that was trespassed to know for certain if it was in fact my son. She admitted there were no pictures posted, that the store lead manager may have some, but the "security" team seemed to be reacting off of memory alone.
I will attempt to contact the store manager. I understand the need for certain people to be trespassed from businesses, however, there should be policy in place and protocol followed to ensure innocent people aren't mistaken for somebody else and wrongly asked to leave.
We spend lots of money at Ross. We love the variety and the prices. If this is how customers are treated, we'll simply give our business to other stores.

I've got to say this is one of the worst ross stores I have shopped at. The clothes were an absolute disaster, not organized by size, clothes thrown all over the tops of the racks. Most the isles I couldn't even push a cart through because they were either too narrow or there was merchandise all over the floors. I couldn't find what I was looking for because the merchandise is scattered everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this location. If you want a ross store that you will enjoy go to the maize road location

The aisles were very close together, and it was a bit overwhelming to try to shop. I grabbed what I went there for, and then I checked out speedily.

This is a great store, with lots of stuff! The best time to go, is first thing in the morning. Other patrons trash the place, and that's very unfortunate. The staff are very helpful, and friendly!
