I guess they have a new policy where they check receipts and bags. I understand wanting to prevent shoplifting, but the way they are implementing it feels uninviting for customers. The lady that checked my receipt as I walked out had a body cam on and checked very thoroughly through my bags. No one else was at the check out, and she had clearly seen everything that had went into my bags. I felt like I was in trouble for purchasing something from their store. I’ll probably go to other stores, because I don’t enjoy the shipping experience there anymore.

The lady at the door was acting like I didn’t pay for my stuff ! Like she was counting my stuff at the floor . Like miss you are next to the cashier so you see me paying for my stuff!!!! Feb 24 2024 9:20 pm !!!!

I was stoped at the door. Was told I could not leave until they searched my bag and saw receipt. They did this to every customer that was leaving. I thought these practices were illegal. Called customer service and manager. They all confirmed it is Ross policy to search your bag.

Manager is rude. I wanted help on a watch said that line is more important. I watched 30-40 people go around me just to watch her help them before me that's been standing at the watch counter for over 30 minutes!!!!!
