Got an estimate for applying vinyl to existing sign boxes. Had an agreement and paid $2500 up front deposit to start the work. After they take the boxes down and back to their shop I get a call. “Your boxes are broke now, so you need new ones. The owner is on vacation so I don’t know what it will cost but it will be expensive “. Over a YEAR later and they give me a new quote for almost $10,000 to replace boxes they broke. I asked for a refund of my $2500 and crickets. This is a joke of a company. Stay far away! My next step is litigation to get my deposit back. Crooks!

Absolutely worst sign company in the Wichita area. The owners make there employees do dangerous jobs and make them half a** the customers signs to get as many jobs done in a day no matter if it puts the employees life on the line and could possibly kill them. As well as the receptionist Kathy treats her crews like trash and verbally abuses them to there face as well as over the phone/text messages etc, completly degrading them of there work ethic while the owners John and rene do nothing about it and go on vacation pretty much every week disregarding the problems & dangers in the work place just to make a quick dollar. Firing employees after they get hurt on the job due the managers lack of accountability for forcing an employee to rig the job and get it out of the way. i know multiple previous employees who have gotten hurt due to this companys lack of safety and proceeds to fire said employee and not take care of the medical expenses. Management forces there employees to break/damage bulbs and other electrical wiring on the customers sign to raise the price, or convince the customer they need more LED conversions just to make extra money for the owners vacation fund. I would honestly suggest fixing your sign yourself than hire Ron's sign to do it. PIECE OF SH*T COMPANY

I hired Ron's sign company to complete a project for multiple stores in Wichita area. I was told the project would take 2 weeks to complete and it took more than 8 weeks for the completed project and instillation. I would strongly recommend using another sign company who stands up to their word and is accountable for their actions. Ron's customer service is terrible. I got the run around each time I called to follow up with them regarding our signs and the timing of completion. I continually called and got nothing but excuses. They were paid over $1600 down for this but still had no concerns or made not attempts to rectify the situation or complete the project in the estimated 2 weeks. It took them over 8 weeks and they were aware this was timely issue due to upcoming holiday and promotions. I then was told by Wes he would check with the owner John about a discount on the final bill. Not only did Wes not speak with the owner about this, when I called and spoke with John he was more than rude and put the blame back on my company for their shortcomings. John would not even consider a discount and was very hateful when I spoke with him. Don't waste your time with these clowns!! Find a better company to deal with. Ron's Sign is a joke and don't stand up to their commitments. I would give them negative stars if I could!! TERRIBLE!!

If I could give this place a zero I absolutely would. Do not waste your time or your money getting a sign or any service work done through this company. The owner John has little care of his quality of work that he puts out. All this man cares about is filling his pocket with money. Not only are customers treated poorly but so are his employees. If you want a well built sign and reliable service work then I strongly recommend George Lay Signs.

One star is a gift for this company. Worst customer service I have dealt with. Among sign companies in Wichita, that isn't really saying much. Took them nearly two months after initial consultation to follow up with me. I called multiple times, left messages with the receptionist as they were always "on errands". After two months they didnt even have a mock up ready. Don't waste your time with this company.

Best in the business. Ive done so many signs with them and everyone has come out great. Easy to work with and willing to work in a tight schedule. From a led board to 4ft channel letters. I call them. work out a design and finalize it and get the completion date and its done. No worrying about them. Great vendor to our companies.

Would put zero stars if it was an option. Paid half down for a sign in September, will probably not have the sign before Christmas (they've got 4 days, not looking promising). Continually postponing installation with one lame excuse after another. Salesman made many promises he couldn't deliver. Absolutely horrible to work with. Do yourself a favor and go with another sign company
