I was driving on kellogg yesterday and your guy that's was driving your little white truck all most hit me. it had arkansas plates on it. I got up close and the man driving has a long beard and glasses. I followed him to your store. This is how I no that he works for you. He parked the truck and went inside he clearly knew I followed him. Is this how your employees drive around town? i have a newborn baby not even 2 weeks old yet and my 3 other kids in the car. I followed him and I may call the police today as I called this morning around 11 to talk to a manager a man answered I'd himself as Joe and when I told him what it was about the call was ended. Possible the man who answered was the driver. I'm not sure but this is ridiculous. I told a co worker what happened and she said that she seen the same vehicle in her neighborhood on the south side by Oakland area. a while back the guy was parked on her street and he was asleep in the truck the exact same truck tag from arkansas his description everything match this same guy. I thought how can I let RNR tire no what is going on. My friend said Google review and hopefully managment will see it then and no what this man is doing and what he is doing on company time. She said he was in her area sleeping for a couple of hours. She almost called police then. He Almost harmed a small family tuesday afternoon and sleeping on the job in a company vehicle. I hope management sees this before someone gets hurt really bad or killed by his crazy driving.

I mean I called and was immediately at ease. I was not haggled to get more expensive tires. I was given numerous pay options and not pushed to one or the other. 10 stars.

The team at RNR was amazing. I got three quotes within minutes and once I made my decision they instantly went and picked up my tires. They didn’t wait around for them to get there either. They took my car straight in and removed all my tires so that when my new ones arrived all they needed to do was install them. I was in and out within an hour! Best experience I’ve ever had at a tire shop. Thank you Liz!!

Was the only place I know of that will let you do a payment plan on tires. This is really helpful when you have all wheel drive and have to replace all 4 at the same time.

I have been a customer at RNR since 2018. I recently purchased a set of custom wheels and tires from them and their service has been a joy to have. I own a 2022 Toyota Corolla that has been lowered on coilover suspension, which can make the alignment process very tricky and difficult in some aspects. I highly commend Chad’s work for getting my ride dialed in and going straight down the road again after a suspension repair. Thanks Chad!
Further, their payment options are easy enough on the wallet to make a wheel and tire package possible on almost any budget. I am far beyond satisfied when it comes to the customer service experience whenever I’m in their store. The staff is friendly and even willing to strike up some conversation with you if the business isn’t too busy.
