I trust Riddle's for their quality jewelry and their in house jewelry repair. I stopped in today for a repair and they actually fixed it on the spot, and I left with my items in hand. Much different than the other guys who told me they were sending it out of house and it would take four weeks. This is why I will buy all future items from Riddle's!! Exceptional customer service every time.

While in Wichita, I needed a quick repair on a watch that a pin had fallen out of the band. I stopped by Riddle’s Jewelry. Jennifer and Ty took excellent care of me. They were friendly and professional. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Jennifer went above and beyond. I will be visiting this family owned business again.
