Great customer service! Went in looking for a specific hardware piece and was able to get it and be on my way in only a minute or two. Staff was amazingly helpful and understanding.

As I was having trouble with my keyboard working, the staff did their best to find me a replacement, but due to it being fairly new, they were unable to find anything. They could have just turned me away there, but they were problem solvers. At that point, one of them suggested that we clean the keys out with high concentrate alcohol. That ended up working, and I am so thankful for their kind help and their willingness to problem solve. Thanks Ribbit!

I was having an issue with my laptop downloading software. The staff member looked at my laptop, made a few adjustments and educated me about the issue, no charge!This team consistently finds the fix! So glad they are in my neighborhood.

Customer service was excellent. I thought there was an issue with my cable. The employees at Ribbit, tested my cable and found a minor issue but not charge me for diagnostics.

I had taken my MacBook to Ubreakifix on Greenwich and they were trying to charge me $100 and a month long wait. Said no, and took it here and they plugged my MacBook in and told me it was dead and I needed a new charger. No charge, they do good business, visit them!

I have a Windows 10 laptop that is able not able to connect to the internet due to out of date driver. They were gracious enough to give me an update so that I can at least get my computer working at mo charge.
