Revolutsia is located on the corner of E. Central Ave. and Volutsia in Wichita, Kansas. The established building and additional shipping containers are used for retail, restaurants and offices. The focus is an outdoor food court and seating area that will create a sense of community and belonging. Hours are dependent on individual stores and restaurants. The space is a collective of shops and businesses and Prost, a classic traditional German eatery and an atmosphere that reminded people of Frankfurt, Weisbaden and Mainz. Good Company Taps is an awesome local bar; the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about drinks and offerings a cozy upscale environment to relax and enjoy beverages. The little retail area is eclectic, raw, yet comfortable and inviting and the flavors of Germany be enjoy day or night.
This place is awesome, and a must-visit for anyone in Wichita!

Visited prose for the first time and enjoyed the meal chicken fried chicken with purple cabbage will return to check the rest of the menu great as well

Prost is my favorite resteraunt. Staff is great, food is excellent, and Oktoberfest is a blast. Can not recommend more. Their mushroom gravy should be a national treasure.
