Didn't realize that Revolutsia was a collective of shops and businesses until I visited Prost, a classic, traditional German eatery. The atmosphere reminded me of the traditional Gaststätte in and around Frankfurt, Weisbaden, and Mainz, Germany.
Located on the corner of E. Central Ave. and Volutsia, Revolutsia is set to change the look, energy and usage of Central & Volutsia in Wichita, Kansas. Using an established building and additional shipping containers to be used as buildings, the corner will be used for retail, restaurants and offices. The focus is an outdoor food court and seating area that will create a sense of community and belonging. Hours are dependent on individual stores and restaurants.
