Not only did they mess up my tax returns but they tried to charge me to fix my returns after the original CPA retired! I’ve tried to inquire as to why they are trying to charge me and never got a response!! I will never use again for business or personal reasons again. No trust in this company!

Beware of this company and do not use them. They will try to bill you for services never received. There is an elderly gentleman who they are trying to bill almost $300 for services he never received. They were unable to prepare his tax return because they said documents were insufficient. It was explained to CPA that due to Covid, there were a couple of government agencies who were not available to reach by phone email etc. for duplicate 1099's. We had carefully calculated these amounts for the CPA (same exact payments elderly gentleman had been receiving for the many years this firm had been preparing his return). CPA would not accept these numbers. He sent all documents back to us with invoice for full tax preparation of almost $300. We consider this fraud against the elderly/senior citizen community. Scared to think of how many innocent victims would pay this invoice.

They were great , first we got lost then we got there explained everything to them .they were honest and told us they could not help but recommend we get a loyer ..we loved the fish tank on the first floor to.could have sat there for hours and read a book. Verry nice people.and building .

Service is out dated and inaccurate. Look elsewhere if your records have to be correct. The website makes a point about how one partner is very experienced in court defense. This will come in handy if you are expecting to end up in court after they do your taxes. The absolutely flakey "teenage" like greating at the front desk should have been my first clue that I'd be dealing with unknowledgeable, unprofessional people.
