This company is AMAZING !!! I took a car in about 10 years ago that they repainted beautifully !I went back because I remembered the amazing service! Today was just as important incredible !!!
So very kind! I thought there was a chip out of my new car door - turned out ti be some type of bonding agent. They worked for 20 minutes scrubbing that off - then found buffering agent left on the other door which they also worked to get off for me!! They went way above and beyond to take care of a problem someone else created - and no charge!! The whole office is kind and very personable!! I highly recommend this company !!!

James helped my wife buy a Toyota Corolla from his friend. He detailed the car and tested everything to make sure it's safe. Very helpful and the car Is beautiful. I highly recommend ICS Collision for your car body work. They repair everything from Porsches to semis. Plus he and his wife Tania own the business and they love dogs.

I took my travel trailer in to repair the back wall connection to the frame. Scott Doll was super friendly and extremely helpful. They did a great job on the repair and were quick with the work. Will definitely go there again if the need arises.

In response to their reply below….
They were sent an email by the person whose name was on the insurance to discuss the progress of the car with me. Their only recourse is to play dumb, lie, and make baseless threats of legal action. I left their premises of my own accord after giving them a piece of my mind and they called the cops and cried like little girls and tried to make some legal case out of it lol pathetic! If you look at their other negative reviews you will see this is their typical course of action. Lying and baseless threats to press charges/litigate. Also worth noting, the “client on file” wasn’t happy with them either, she’s just non confrontational and they took advantage of that, which is why I started dealing with them.
We dropped the car off in February (it is now June) with damage on the side from being side swiped on the highway. We sat by and waited 3 MONTHS for them to complete the work and when we got the car back they had completely missed a huge dent which was on the same side as the rest of the damage. Apparently, they just ASSUMED it was not part of the damage to be repaired for some unknown reason.
So, after the initial 3 months of waiting and getting the car back only to find they did an incomplete job we took it back. This turned into over another month of waiting for one dent to get fixed. They showed no desire to make it right by us and actually took it as an opportunity to fleece us for more cash. Not only charging the insurance (which some was reasonably expected) but also charging extra “shop fees” that apparently the insurance refused to pay. Way to capitalize at being bad at your job, guys!
Also, it seems “we are waiting on a part” is one of their favorite excuses as we heard that more than once. Considering a Hyundai Elantra is a very cheap and common car I can’t help but wonder what amazingly exotic parts they had such a hard time getting their hands on…
On my initial review which I took down because I didn’t want it causing my girlfriend and her mom any grief they responded by saying they had no record of dealing with me. This is right after they had sent an email to my girlfriend’s mom saying they had me being inflammatory on recorded lines. So, they’re liars, too. And hell yes I was inflammatory. They had our car for almost 4 months!!! Who wouldn’t be frustrated at that point? What reasonable person wouldn’t be expecting at least an apology??? Instead they get defensive, rude, and cut you off mid sentence. And they did this to my girlfriend over the phone as well. And she is a very non confrontational person. So to pretend like I’m just showing up and berating people is disingenuous at best.
They are so unprofessional, their work is low quality, and to say “they do not complete work in a timely manner” would be a massive understatement.
Today upon picking up the car I requested to speak with the manager. Immediately, some shrill old lady came storming out of the back cubicle claiming to be part owner. I tried to vent my frustrations, and yes I was frustrated but I was speaking at a reasonable volume and tone. I could not get much in as I tried to speak she immediately cut me off and would not let me talk. This was an issue my girlfriend previously had with her over the phone as well. As my frustration grew so did my volume. After that some wirey, effeminate looking fellow came out of his office hollering incoherently. Refusing to hear our complaints and basically just said you’re not our customer, “we don’t have to talk to you.” Basically leaning on the fact that the time of the accident her car was not on our insurance. They did not care when I pointed out we have been the ones inconvenienced for the last several months, it is our car and we are the customer, regardless of technicalities. They could not even bring themselves to admit any responsibility in the situation. They are almost child-like in m

ICS Collision center is fantastic! They do a great job explaining your options. They were careful to make sure our truck was repaired properly with OEM parts. I normally do the work myself with after market parts but after meeting with the owner, I now understand the importance of using the parts that have been tested and approved by the manufacturer of the vehicle. I have 1.5 year old daughter and I am so I’m much more conscious about her safety while driving. I feel like they really care more about the safety of their clients, than they do the money. Great people! We will definitely use them again!

We had an annoying dash rattle in our 2012 Toyota Tacoma. ICS was able to eliminate that and give us a silent ride every where we go. This is our 2nd experience here and we've not been disappointed at all.
