I love QuikTrip and most of the time I have a great experience at other locations I come to this location often because I get off work around 11:00 at night and this is on my way home but the girl that works at that time is extremely rude unprofessional and my experience is not at all pleasant when having to deal with her which is just about every night. I don't know what it is but she definitely should not be working with people because she sure does not know how to treat them and especially if she's getting paid to customer service people buy QT's standards and she's failing epically. If there was another gas station on my way home I would never come to this QT ever again. I understand that people have bad days but this girl has a bad day every single day

I went to the store to buy 2 cones of ice cream, the lady told me we don't have cone, we have cup. Ok give 2 cups, she brought me the cones and told me we don't have to filled out? and she was wearing a shorts looked like underwear. I think her behavior was disgusting and disrespectful. Where is the customer service policies? Where is the respect for the customers. Total disappointment!!!

I walk in and wait in line. Then it is my turn then a man cut me. Instead of telling him to wait his turn, she proceeds to help him completely ignoring me standing there and then when I approached her to complete the transaction she was rude. 12/4/23 5:17 pm. Will not be going there again.

I purchased a sausage egg and cheese biscuit on the way to work and the taste was like it was cooked with burnt plastic/rubber and this isn’t the first time.

Bro every thing else was good just the fact that my Mac and cheese ? with bacon was dry and really cold as I got home as well for the cheese was nasty it was bad they served me bad food which was only the Mac and cheese ?

I go to this quiktrip often. It's near my work so it's the easiest one to go to. This morning, about 10 minutes ago one of the workers there (which I couldn't see her nametag, but she had a dirty blonde pony tail and bigger framed glasses) was being quite rude to many of the people walking in. I could tell she was stressed. I work a customer service job as well, so I know some days are busier and not always easy. That being said, while people were coming in, asking questions or needing help she wasn't talking in any sort of kind manner to them. Not only that, but she would talk badly about the customers as soon as they left. Not just about the customers but her managers as well. If you're going to speak badly about the people you work with or the customers coming in and out, do it in a place where other customers can't hear you. Very unprofessional.
