Such a lovely location. Everyone who works there is so nice. Recently I ordered from the kitchen, but due to them dealing with a MASSIVE order that came before me, my food took a while to get out. However, they were so considerate and accommodating me for the wait. Genuinely so happy I live so close to this location! Highly recommend stopping here in any roadtrip!

Warning, do not use the mocha on the hot side.i was told by the workers that it gets air in the line that they cannot purge and it come out hot enoughto severely burn your hands or any other exposed parts. I keep burn gel in my car which helped but most would easily get a second degree burn from an air burst splashing the coffee clear out of the cup and better hope you arent dressed well.

Lizzy M. for the win! I couldn’t figure out what was going on with my Apply Pay and she helped me troubleshoot so I could get gas. The clerk behind the counter was great by getting her to help but I didn’t catch her name. They have always been great here and I really appreciated the extra help today! It why I keep coming back.

Won't be back, I have been going there getting coffee and fuel , the last several times the coffee bar is out of cream or whip cream or closed down for cleaning or malfunction. Clerk was not friendly when asked about replenishment of creamer on the bar . Was in last night around 930 pm they had the whole coffee bar closed down. Came back at 830 am today and they were out of items on coffee bar that I use in my coffee clerk unfriendly when asked to replenish it.

I went in the morning before work to get a few things and told the lady at the register I wanted to use my rewards points and instead of explaining why I couldn't use them she threw the card across the counter at me and said we don't do that anymore I'm sorry but if you cant treat your customers with the same respect they give you then maybe you shouldn't be working there and I'm not sure as to why I couldn't use my points because it says online they don't expire till September of 2025

QT 388 at Rock Rd and 37th ST N in Wichita, KS - Clerk threw my lottery tickets on the floor behind the counter while he opened the drawer to get more. Nasty things on that floor behind the counter and me and my husband now have to handle them to play them. Also, coffee hotter than hades and no sleeves for the cups. Please QT, do better.

so sad we moved away, absolute favorite QT location! still come here often whenever we’re in the area, great staff even a few me and my partner know by name and chit chat with, super sweet! always a clean place too!
