If i could leave 0 stars i would. took car in for service, completely failed to put any part of the air filter box together, lord knows what the turbo has sucked up, and after telling them this, they are too dumb to understand how this can effect the turbo, never go here they know nothing about proper mechanics

Showed up with a fleet vehicle at a relatively busy time of day. They were gracious enough to fit me in between no show appointment slots for a quick oil change and fuel filter change.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the mechanics broke my tire pressure sensor and said nothing to me about it. My tire pressure sensor fault light came on as soon as I left and I’ve never problems with them ever before. I’ve had several issues with this place and have tried giving chance after chance.

I got a flat tire while staying overnight in Wichita, and had a 5-hour drive left in my trip. This was the closest place to my hotel, and they were wonderful!! While the wait took a while (I don’t blame them - busy Saturday with lots of walk-ins and appointments), they found the leak in my tire, patched it up for an affordable price, and I was on my way. Reese (hope I’m spelling that right) kept me updated during my wait, and was very kind and professional.

sure, they change oil. but I've also had 2 great experiences with them on tire service. they swapped my wheels and tires (all of them already mounted & balanced) as part of The Works oil change, which includes rotation.

I got there at 6:23 a.m. this Quick Lane opens at 7:00 I was the very first one there closer to closer to 7:00 there was four or five people behind me and to make a long story short eight people went in front of me at 9:30 I am still there waiting on them to service my vehicle I finally asked this one gentleman not the one who waited on me cuz he wasn't very concerned but I finally asked this one gentleman if he could please find out or I asked does everybody else have an appointment because eight people have gotten their car and I was here before anyone and my car is still sitting out there waiting to be serviced so I'm not real impressed with Rusty egg at all they charged me $5,000 over my sale price on my vehicle I'm upside down on it and now the Quick Lane I'm just done with rustic
