We had an install with an unfortunate issue that wasnt anyones fault, but it was taken care of immediately and professionally by management with no problems. We have been with a customer for over 20 years and really appreciate Propane Central and Ben Harville for everything

They will charge you a $200 fee if you don’t buy as much gas as they think you should! They already receive rental fees on the tank and we pay for the gas we use, but if we don’t use “enough“ they charge a $200 fee! This is outrageous

Called due to a propane smell outside and inside of house. Dennis came and checked thoroughly for any leaks. Did not have any but suggested that regulators be replaced in the Spring. I really appreciate the quick response that I received after the call.

We have been dealing with Propane Central, for at least 25 years. Their service is excellent, drivers are courteous, and they follow instructions to the T. The most important part, is that they never let us run out of propane, and always keep the tank topped off when they expect bad weather to be coming. I highly recommend them!

Update: The day after writing this review I was contacted by a customer service rep who explained that our personal home situation had fallen through the system and we normally would have been contacted about the tank rent prior to the charge. They are refunding it. They also explained the issue on the rental resulted from an employee who was terminated. Overall, people make mistakes and since they are willing to try and make it right, that is saying something in society these days. They are also going to cover the hotel room for the night that was solely on the driver. I'm happy with the resolution. * I am having to edit the original post to meet the length restrictions.

This is my 2nd post for Propane Central, Wichita, Ks.I had a tree fall on my propane tank, called Propane Central and they sent Dennis out first thing this morning. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. This company goes out of it's way to help it's customers and we all appreciate it. Thank you so much for the usual great experience! Good job!God bless you all at Propane Central!Propane Central has serviced my family's homes for many years. Recently due to a leak in our propane system, it had to be completely shut down until repairs were made. The line had to be checked multiple times. My service tech was Bobby. He responded very quickly each time although his schedule was very busy. Bobby was amazingly helpful and stuck with me to the end of the project continually checking to make sure the leak was fixed and safe, and then put me on the propane fill list without me even having to ask. I highly recommend this company and most certainly Bobby! He obviously cares about the people he serves. Thank you again Propane Central and Bobby for a happy outcome!

Bobbie was excellent she came out to our build site on a day she totally didn’t have to, she helped us figure out all the steps we needed for our buried tank. Would absolutely recommend, they really make you feel prioritized as a customer.

Have had Propane Central fill my tank for over 15 years now. Carrie who services my tank now, just got done repainting it. We spoke before she painted it and it was really nice talking to her and she did a great job on my tank. I’m on the average billing plan and this year I saw a real drop in the cost of propane, which has helped a lot on my finances. Staff when I call in with questions are always helpful. Thanks soooooo much, I appreciate it all.?

We made the switch to propane central and already there’s been such an improvement. Bobby was out to install our tank and check for leaks. He was so friendly and helpful when it came to all of my questions.
