I’ve been going to Professional Tax & Accounting to get my personal taxes done for several years now. I love that they’re open all year round and I’m able to send in my paystubs in the summertime to make sure I’m on track with my withholdings so there’s no scary surprises at tax time. Sara is super knowledgeable and took time to educate me on all things tax. I definitely recommend!

Terrible customer service from Sara. When I asked her if she could apply a military discount due to the very high hourly rate on top of the $400 filing fee we already paid, she cut me off and just canceled our appointment because “Yeah I’m not going to work with anyone who thinks I charge too high.” I uploaded documents in their portal and was immediately locked out to make my copies as well soon after. So, if you’re transitioning from military life to civilian life or struggling to make ends meet this isn’t the place you want to go to for your taxes and if you don’t want to work with someone who makes you feel less than a human being.
