The very first time we used PAR we had a good experience. Good prices and quick service for the most part...despite a rude receptionists who apparently has poor scheduling techniques...
Well fast forward to recently when we had another issue pop up we decided to come to PAR again. Well after some calls to explain our issue and try and get the vehicle in we were told they would give us a call back to give us availability. We waited for over an hour for that call back (told it would be 10/15 min). OK cool. Felt ignored but were busy so it was workable. While waiting we experienced another symptom of the car acting wonky so we called to get an update and ask what might be going on now with thrle car given new data and the receptionists got rude with my wife during the conversation and hung up. I don't know if she took something the wrong way or what.
BUT I liked Mike's (the mechanics) work and wanted to give em the benefit of the doubt. Few good ol boys around like him it seemed.
Well I called and got Mike and he said he could get me in Tuesday. Said he'd give me a call when they got a bay ready and I could bring it in.
Well I didn't get a call today so we decided to call them...
ONLY to have the receptionists say I should have brought it in in the AM. They called me a "no call no show".
Why would the man ask me for my number and tell me he'd give me a call when he got a bay open if I was just supposed to show up?
Well this was the final insult here and to top it off Angie, the receptionists, denied ever being rude or snapping at my wife om the phone and blamed the missed appointment on me.
Well I will never use PAR again and anyone who asks me my response is: STAY AWAY.
Much better customer service elsewhere for about the same price and much much much faster.

I sent my daughter there,she loved prices were reasonable and the people were very nice.they gave her a ride home while they fixed her car and came and picked her up when they finished,way to go

They do quality work at a fair price but they NEVER finish the work when they say they will. A one day job always takes at least two days and often more than that.Service: Auto maintenance

***** WARNING**** DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE to this PLACE!!!! I had an experience where i had transmission work done! They kept telling me to come in tomorrow be finished when i call! It took them almost 3 weeks. The people answer phone are unprofessional. My vehicle leaks fluids, transmission is NO GOOD! They were paid a lot of money for POOR SERVICE! Seeking another Auto SHOP to follow up on there SCREW UP! They act like it NOT THEIR FAULT! No Accountability!Service: Transmission replacement

I had a light come on that I wanted to get checked out. I went at first to O' Reilly auto parts to check my battery as well as my alternator. The guy told me that the levels were good and the battery was recharging. I wanted to double-check and asked for recommendations on where to go. I went to Professional Automotive Repair and after walking in no one was there to greet me and so I called to see if they were open and some guy "Chris" came out screaming about the phone going off. I later found out he was under a car when it went off. I started to leave and he came out as I was leaving and stopped me. I decided to give him a second chance and went in and he took down some info. Once my car was inside he started "checking" some things with the most outdated crap I've ever seen. He and the other guy told me my alternator needed to be replaced because it was putting out too much. I also have a diagnostic tool that tells me of things like this and reminds me to go get service. I was lied to buy these guys and charged for labour 30 dollars for 15 minutes of labour. This is why I have this diagnostic device FIXED to tell me when I'm being bullshitted by people. They tried to take advantage of a twenty-year-old kid during a time when I've been unemployed for weeks due to the COVID 19 virus. Everything about this place is disgusting from the mechanic getting near my car smoking to the b******* lies.
