Fast an easy experience. Jason did a great job in getting us into a new vehicle and made our car buying experience a great one. Definitely will go back in the future when the time to buy another vehicle comes again

4.7/5 stars. Sold me a 2015 ford mustang ecoboost at 110,000 miles for a great price. They replaced the transmission before giving it to me. Car had a few problems but it’s to be expected for a car with 110,000 miles on it. I’ve spent about $1750 for a new valve cover, tires, high pressure fuel pump, spark plugs, transmission pan, and it needs new shocks and the intake valves cleaned. The mustang now runs great!

They must be doing so well, they can just be DB's to prospective buyers.
I walked in & asked if they had just gotten a vehicle in (because there was nothing on the windows) the guy said "yeah", I asked what year it was & he replied, "whatever it says on the window"..... my wife & I immediately left, we can give our money to someone else.
**update** We bought a really nice Suburban from another dealership who actually wanted to earn our business. Good luck to anyone dealing with this individual at prestige, but in my opinion, you can get a much better car buying experience like we did, at a reputable dealership!
The days of these small time dealerships wanting to earn your business seems to be over.

Originally I rated this place 5 stars. Everyone was super helpful helping me find a good car in my price range. When I purchased my car, the backup camera was upside-down. I was told it was just a part issue and the part was on backorder, max 10 days until they get it in. After a months of not being contacted about it, I reached out to jason and was told the manager was on vacation and they would get with him when he is back. Must be an extended vacation because I bought my car in December, its April and my backup camera is still upside down. I'll take my part and say I should have been on them more about getting this fixed. As a buisness they should have made sure it got taken care of. This just shows me they only care about making the sale. After that, the customers don't matter.

They made the transaction and transition super easy. Jason was easy to work with and was very helpful. He did not try to pressure me and helped me with all the questions I had. I definitely recommend checking prestige out if you need a good car for a affordable price!

I was nervous about buying a new car and Jason made things easier. I was looking for something low mileage and more room since my teenagers participate in sports/band/music it requires us to travel with equipment most of the time. Plus, with teenagers I needed an invisible wall to separate them. I was able to find everything I wanted at Prestige. Jason was able to answer my questions via text since I was working. Even when I came back with my mechanic to look everything over before actually signing any paperwork, they were very forthcoming about answers to the questions he had. This made buying my new SUV so much easier. Thank you Prestige Auto for everything.
