They've changed the name of the business to the Radio Shop. Very busy place but always manages to help you with your needs. The lady that works there behind the desk, I'd like to adopt as my daughter. 8^)

I recently had factory cruise control installed on my 22 maverick xl at this location. Very satisfied with the product, installation, and the cleanliness of my maverick when work was completed. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and the job was done at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone looking for aftermarket upgrades to their vehicle.

Less then a star. Installed an audio car play system in my daughters car earlier in the year. It recently stopped working. Scheduled an appoitment to bring the car in with no mention of cost. Of course, wanted to charge us $100 for an assessment. What a waste of time!!! Will not go back!

I recommend this business highly. I have bought a new audio system from them and a remote start. They did a great job. When my remote start quit working on my phone app they took the time to explain everything and it ended up only needing programming. I had previously taken it to a place closer to me because I thought it wouldn't matter since it had been longer than a year. They told me I needed a whole new system. So I Decided to get a second opinion at Precision Audio and they were able to get it up and running at a lot less cost than the other company quoted me. They were very nice courteous and knowledgeable

There's one lady with long brown hair that answers the front that is legit the only nice person with any kind of manners. The old lady with the blonde hair needs a reality check. Don't get me started of the guy I had to deal with. Some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I'm not sure they've ever had to learn what customer service is because it doesn't exist here in the slightest bit.

In response to Kaisha Berks review, first clarification is that she is a Smart Start client. We have a policy where you check in at the front counter first. She pulled to the back of the parking lot to get her monthly service and called instead. The nice lady with the brown hair advised that there is a sign on our back door to check in at the front counter first. Kaisha replied that the door was open. She didn't see any sign. She comes here every month and the door is usually closed. So this "old lady" went back to take care of her and advised that she needed to check in at the front because no one monitored the back door to know when clients arrived. Also, if you pay in cash, you have to pay first. She was too lazy to follow procedure and acted like she deserved preferential treatment. We have over 300 smart start clients. Almost all of them follow protocol. Evidently Kaisha thinks she doesn't have too. Maybe she needs to learn some courtesy and she would be treated with better customer service.

In relation to SMART Start services, I was on a limited time window to go in and get a calibration done. When I first had the unit installed, they stated and listed out that they were available from 0830am to 1130am on Friday's to complete this short task. I arrived at 1110am and went to check in, but the front desk informed me that the technician had already left for lunch. This location does not offer any times to perform calibration outside of a normal M-F workhour and none on the weekends either, so this was very frustrating as from 1100-1130 was my only available time that day within their stated schedule. If their staff is not available during their specified times, then they need to change their schedule, or stick to it precisely as stated. I wasted 40 minutes (20 to, 20 back) to be told to wait til after the lunch hour was completed, which I do not have time for. They also did not provide the initial schedule of when they do the calibrations when I first had the unit installed. I showed up during the last hour of their business on the first calibration, and they stated they stopped doing them at 3:30pm. The only reason I am giving two stars is due to the fact that their install staff worked diligently to get the unit installed prior to these events.

Had my remote start done and installed in no time! Excellent work
