The bottom quarter or so still was quite dirty, kinda sucked for 10.00.
Per response- 10.00 should have still washed bottom half of car too. Maybe lower sprayers clogged, but didn't even remove easy dirt from lower area.

I’ve been coming here on and off for the past couple of years. Mostly because of proximity. Car wash is always out of soap/wax. Today I went for the $14 premium touch less wash. All I got was a pressure wash with water without soap or wax. Car was just as dirty after the wash as when I came in. This has happened to me multiple times. They are either completely out of soap/wax or their touch less wash barely even puts any out. Called their number. No one answered. Left a voicemail. No call back.

My go to spot on the south side for self service wash. That said, there are some issues that seem to have been getting worse lately. The roof leaks dirty water onto the cleaned car. The air pressure behind the air dryers has been drastically reduced, making them almost useless.
