I am very dissatisfied with the parts department and parts service. I ordered a part a month ago which I was told would be in within 3-4 days. I have heard very little from the parts department when I do talk to them and I do not get what I feel is an honest answer, but most of the time I call and it goes to voicemail which is always full and I cannot leave a message.

We had great experience in purchasing our 2023 Dodge Durango from Walter Porsche of Wichita. Zach Laham was the sales associate in which assisted my husband and I with our purchase. Zach made us feel very welcomed into the dealership prior to the purchase and throughout purchasing of the Durango. We are enjoying our new Durango. Thank you again Zach Laham and to the other staff members that assisted in the purchasing of our new Durango.

Came with my buddy to help him with the car buying process as I’ve been through several dealerships in my life never having the best experiences, so I wanted to help guide him with his time. Walking in we met Zach Laham and he made the process completely enjoyable. After watching my friend buy a car through them and deal with Zach it made me regret buying a car from any other dealership. He made the experience smooth, respectful, and professional. It was worth the two hour drive from fort Riley and he definitely raised my expectations for buying cars in the future. I will only recommend this dealership to my fellow soldiers looking to buy cars in the future.

Purchased a vehicle with this dealer from out of state. I worked with Tyler and he was outstanding. The entire dealership was helpful and responsive. They were knowledgeable about their products and took time to explain options. There was no hassling or pressure from the sales team. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle out of state and they made the process so smooth. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Walking into the dealership I was greeted with a warm welcome from Zach Laham, an absolute professional. It was my first time looking for a car in a dealership and I was unsure of what I wanted. We took a look at the 981 Porsche Cayman and I knew it was the right car for me. The entire car buying experience was beyond smoother than I could ever imagine. The atmosphere and the people around were so kind and welcoming and brought me at ease. Zach guided me throughout the entire process with ease.
